Horrendous customer experience. I have a loan with TFCU which I’m paying out of the checking acct from another bank. After TFCU moved to itsme247 I had to re-setup the monthly payment two times and three months later it’s still not working. I call every month for another round of troubleshooting, which leads to them saying that my other bank hasn’t processed the payment which. On the TFCU portal I can’t do something simple as transfer money from my other bank to TFCU. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!
