Most of the students aren’t going onto other buses that need $10. ### 2/5 — New update ruined app *2025-05-18, version 6.7.0* The newest update has totally frozen the app. Was working fine up until that point. Now I can’t get past the loading screen. Have tried multiple time to delete and reinstall the app with no success. The tracker is laggy, inaccurate or just generally doesn’t work. I have missed the bus 7/8 times past to weeks not knowing if the app is accurate or not. Some days it will say that the bus has not left the station when it is past 8:20 and others it will say the bus is on the other road when I’ve seen it past me. This app idea was good but clearly it has been rushed and hasn’t been prepared correctly. ### 2/5 — Bus arrival alerts come well after the bus has come and gone *2024-10-16, version 6.1.1* Bus arrival alerts have got worse. While the duplicate alerts have been fixed, the arrival alerts now come well after the bus has left the stop, making them useless. ### 1/5 — Clunky non iOS UI with no redeeming features *2023-02-05* Simply horrible to use, breaks every usability rule and denies the experience of using iOS’s features like quality sign on, secure Apple Pay, Transit card management, watch support oh and it uses Google’s horrid marketing maps to ensure your privacy is MIA. Don’t get me started on the massacring of accessibility, it’s shameful! This developer is giving iOS users the middle finger. ### 2/5 — When it works it’s ok *2022-10-22, version 5.1.3* Unfortunately it hangs most of the time. Iphone 11 ### 1/5 — Buggy at first. Unusable now. *2022-06-05, version 5.1.3* Very clunky UI, but at least it worked. Since update it just hangs on the loading screen (despite constant notifications saying “your balance is low click here). Frustrating and infuriating. We already have an account, just no way to access it. There is a substantial lag. Yesterday the bus was showing about 10 km away from where it really was. What UAT was undertaken, clearly did not engage the actual users of the app? -No ability to create a favorite route for regular trips. (Same bus every day for example for school kids) - multiple screens and pages to get to tracking the actual bus required - when finally get to the bus, isn’t tracked and cannot locate. ### 1/5 — Latest update is confusing and possibly bugged *2021-07-27, version 5.0.2* The latest update shows ur detail correctly but does not show you where the busses are real time which is very confusing and frankly not helpful. It also has some weird stop signs on the map and I think it would be very helpful if a user could add stop signs so that everyone knows where the bus drops kids off and maybe even help when a driver is new and doesn’t know where particular kids get off the bus. ### 1/5 — Broken *2021-07-19, version 5.0.2* What happened? The bus stops aren’t in order they are in alphabetical order. If you go to track your trip you get stuck in the selection page and can’t go back so have to close app and start again. Edit: now alerts come well after the bus has left the stop. You can’t trust the alert function. **Developer response:** Hi - we have released a new app version with many more features. Many thanks. ### 1/5 — Can’t Log In to App *2024-06-16, version 6.1.0* Keeps telling me to update the app to login. But this is the latest version. Tried deleting and reinstalling but same error.
