I use a password manager so I know my passwords are correct. This app is just not working properly. ### 1/5 — People with money can pay the people at Trans Union to destroy your credit score *2026-08-09, version 5.8.0* I had a $200 balance on a credit card and my score dropped 67 points. My credit line is way way higher than $200. My credit score should not have dropped that much. People with money are paying people that work at Trans Union to drop people scores drastically to destroy people’s lives. You know how you can pay someone to do something you know how you can pay someone at a company to drop someone’s credit score for no reason why my score dropped 67 points over $200 that doesn’t make any sense it has to be disputed, but if people are paying people at these corrupt credit score agencies like Trans Union Experian and Equifax, there’s no disputing anything because they’re getting paid to fraudulently drop someone’s score for no reason I could sue Trans Union and Equifax and Experian total corrupt companies so my score went up 36 points but then two days later it just randomly dropped 16 points for no reason because I kept paying off more debt and my score, kept dropping more when you pay off debt your score is supposed to keep going higher not keep going lower I was paying off debt and my score was dropping lower when it’s supposed to keep going higher these credit reporting agencies are all corrupt and should be shut down. like you paid off more debt your score is gonna drop more when you pay off debt, your score is supposed to go up higher, not go lower corrupt company CEO should be in prison. ### 1/5 — Sign In Bug *2026-08-09, version 5.8.0* Can login from web but not the app. Gives a session id error insisted of texting a code. ### 1/5 — Unable to login to app *2026-08-06, version 5.8.0* For App version 5.8.0 (will continue to update for as many versions as possible until issue resolved) I have never been able to login into the app and I can’t get support for the app itself. I would have to create an X(Twitter) account or a Facebook account to get assistance? That’s wild. You should be able to get assistance directly from the webpage to start then go from there, not start with social media. Also, update your MFA options. A cell number shouldn’t be the ONLY way for one of the big 3 Credit Bureaus! ### 1/5 — Log in issues nightmare *2026-08-03, version 5.7.4* Can never login in. Then redirect to a broke link website that mentions. Other like experian and equifax everything can be done on the app AND if needed the login to we page is easy. Transunion REALLY needs to fix the website. I tried to do the sign up for free and it won’t let me put in the last 4 of my SS#. Have no issue with logging into the other 2 credit bureau apps…this one is just useless app ### 3/5 — Unable to get pass the password screen *2026-07-17, version 5.7.4* I downloaded this app then tried to log on and it kept asking to send a verification but didn’t give the choice of which way to send. ### 1/5 — Just go to the website *2026-07-17, version 5.7.4* This app ALWAYS denies me access. IOS app will not accept login credentials. Keeps looping back to asking for password. You have to use their website to get anything but even then you can’t get it on just the one website, you have to go to multiple different websites & nowhere does it tell you this. Neither of them is user friendly so good luck trying to figure this all out! 😡 ### 1/5 — Very slow *2026-08-19, version 5.8.0* I see a lot of reviews about not being able to login. I can login perfectly but your service is completely way to slow on updating accounts. In some states they primarily use transunion which I can not stand. When I pay off balances to make my account current I shouldn't have to wait weeks after Experian and my fico report my account on the exact day my institution sends my account info. Just way way to slow and hurts my chances when certain banks just use your service. ### 1/5 — What a joke *2026-08-18, version 5.8.0* You can only access the app if you sign up for the paid service. However everywhere TransUnion advertises "Free" credit report and credit freeze. You can access that off a desktop but not the app. And you have no idea of knowing that unless you spend an hour on the phone for someone to give you that information that you can't use the app. I'd have had no problem with that had that been clear. It's however pretty opaque to figure that out. ### 1/5 — Cant Log in ! Broken app! *2026-08-15, version 5.8.0* When you try to login and put your password it sends you to a screen to get a code to confirm your account through text or email the problem is you can never receive the code because the app just boots you back to the login page and you get and error saying “ The session id was not found in the request “ ### 1/5 — Useless.
