Después para pedir devolución es un dramón!!! Se me asignó horario de recogida de 6:38-7:13. Sin embargo a la hora actual 7:15 no se me asignó auto, tuve que tomar otro medio de transporte para alcanzar a llegar al aeropuerto, en caso contrario pierdo el vuelo. Al intentar comunicarme mediante el chat se me indicó que los servicios tenían un retraso de más de 30 min. Al intentar anular la reserva, sale un error mediante la app, finalmente pago el tiempo y el viaje quedo en nada. Solicito la cancelación y devolución del servicio por incumplimiento pero tampoco es posible por ningún canal, el chat de soporte me cierra las conversaciones apenas tomo el contacto.
