Conveniently use a single portal - available in web and mobile interfaces - for streamlined workflows through features like visitor.management, service requests, amenity reservations, dock and freight elevator booking, parking management, and bike room reservations.

Easily access building and on-site amenities with mobile access key card at digital card readers. 

Quickly view information about on-site amenities, such as meeting space availability and food options, as well as information on building hours, Wi-Fi, and management contacts. View the building calendar for tenant events, nearby promotions, and building notices. 

Streamlined communications provide direct contact between you, your building and nearby amenities. Receive information more quickly via building push notifications for emergency alerts, building events, and general announcements. 

Note: App features are only available to current occupants of the building with valid credentials.

Ah just what I wanted, an app that asks for a bunch of permissions to fail intermittently and make unlocking an elevator more difficult than the keycard it replaced

Dev team seriously need to fix the synchronization of backend API requests with the client. Every week I miss an elevator because I’m not told what my number is before the elevator leaves. Very, very easy fix left untouched for over a year.

Please just switch to a normal tap (NPC). But instead this app asks for literally every permission to be on (like always tracking your location) and is very glitchy. Rarely works on either of my phones.

Asks for always on location, Bluetooth, local devices, literally everything just to be able to scan a keycard. Very glitchy with locations too. Why not just a normal “tap” feature like with Apple wallet?
