I’m sick to death of paying for virtual magazines on iTunes, when subscriptions and historical items purchased are not honoured or transferred whenever the app has been updated or taken over by another company!! I will never buy another magazine again unless my purchases are honoured and restored. And you wonder why people refuse to pay for things in the digital era??!!! ### 1/5 — Ripped me off! *2016-10-14* Subject says it all...subscribed and got literally nothing except for a smaller bank statement, fraudulent app does nothing with no maintenance since 2014. But the crazy part is that it's february 10th and still there is no january issue... They are active on social networks but no one answers me when I asked about it. Am I the only crazy old dude that still wants a magazine? I have been a subscriber since 1990s and now it feels like the future is social networks only. The magazines are great. However this app is just badly coded. Everytime it opens, you have to restore purchases. Its buggy. When a new issue is out, you can't find it. Seems like a money grab ### 1/5 — I got hosed! *2013-10-15* Now I know why tws hasn't uploaded any new magazines to their "old" app. Strong recommendation to any one thinking of subscribing don't waste your money. Total BS that any outstanding subscriptions will not be honoured here! Still had 2 issues to go till my renewal came up on their other app. To sum up, no customer support, and you might just get ripped off.
