All instructions from outside sources are useless because the options they suggest aren’t even available on the site. There’s no search function or add ticket function at all. Not any kind of explanation as to why you create a profile because it won’t transfer from computer to phone. Giant pain in the butt. Hope at least the tickets work even if I can’t use the useless app. ### 5/5 — Perfect for traveling in Germany *2025-05-07* I bought the Deutschland Ticket with this app, using my US credit card, no German bank required. It worked well, allowing me to travel for weeks on the trains without issue. ### 2/5 — Pretty painful to book *2020-03-16, version 3.0.3* This is an app crying out for Apple Pay integration. For on demand ferry to ask for CVV codes is a major PITA if you are trying to book on the move ### 1/5 — Would be great if it worked *2020-01-24, version 2.4.4* Unfortunately the app won’t let you book a trip. (Blackwattle bay to Barangaroo, I’ve been trying). It doesn’t show any trips available and you can’t create one. I’ve updated it 3x in the last 2 months or so and still the same problem. ### 5/5 — Simple to use and quick response *2019-12-20* You can search for the route and purchase tickets from there. I used it at Amsterdam, everything worked fine. I wish they support Apple Pay but it does not support Apple Pay, but you can use credit card. When I first used it, it had issue with dark mode, but it got fixed like the next day I reported through the app. Very responsive dev team. ### 1/5 — Does not work！ *2019-11-12, version 2.3.8* Take my money but did not give me any ticket ! ### 1/5 — I can’t load my credit card detail *2019-11-05, version 2.3.8* Please fix this very basic step of using the app- if I can’t load the credit card or debit card details I can’t catch a ferry. And there is no kiosk at Pyrmont Wharf so I consider this a total stuff up. Not happy! ### 1/5 — What Ferry *2019-11-04, version 2.3.8* Caught the trial ferry from Blackwattle Bay to Barangaroo today, but not from the app which is useless. Doesn’t even have the ferry as an option. Instead rang the ferry and having just left Blackwattle Bay they turned around and picked us up. Great service, but the app not working is going to help bury this trial. Transdev- get another app provider. ### 1/5 — On Demand Ferry booking service is terrible *2019-10-22, version 2.3.8* The App is supposed to enable us to book the ferry services on demand. The app does not provide time’s available for booking consistently, and when it does show a time available for booking, it is not providing it to transdev when booked. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2019-10-20, version 2.3.8* This is supposed to be the app for a new on demand ferry in Sydney but it doesn’t show anywhere.
