Waste of money. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst App I’ve Ever Used *2025-09-12* Instructed ahead of downloading App to buy Tranzer transit tickets, but absolutely no way to add tickets to site after the fact. All instructions from outside sources are useless because the options they suggest aren’t even available on the site. There’s no search function or add ticket function at all. Not any kind of explanation as to why you create a profile because it won’t transfer from computer to phone. Giant pain in the butt. Hope at least the tickets work even if I can’t use the useless app. ### 1/5 — Would be great if it worked *2020-01-24, version 2.4.4* Unfortunately the app won’t let you book a trip. (Blackwattle bay to Barangaroo, I’ve been trying). It doesn’t show any trips available and you can’t create one. Doesn’t even have the ferry as an option. Instead rang the ferry and having just left Blackwattle Bay they turned around and picked us up. Great service, but the app not working is going to help bury this trial. It worked well, allowing me to travel for weeks on the trains without issue. ### 5/5 — Simple to use and quick response *2019-12-20* You can search for the route and purchase tickets from there. I used it at Amsterdam, everything worked fine. I wish they support Apple Pay but it does not support Apple Pay, but you can use credit card. When I first used it, it had issue with dark mode, but it got fixed like the next day I reported through the app. Very responsive dev team. ### 2/5 — Pretty painful to book *2020-03-16, version 3.0.3* This is an app crying out for Apple Pay integration. For on demand ferry to ask for CVV codes is a major PITA if you are trying to book on the move ### 2/5 — Have to include wharf in order to get ferry *2019-10-16, version 2.3.7* It’s incredibly frustrating that you have to specify say Blackwattle wharf in order to get the on demand service from Glebe.
