My money has been stranded with Tranzfar for 6 months now. I sent funds on 1 July 2024 and I still haven’t received value or a refund till date - 28 December 2024. I dare say this is a scam and fraudulent operation.

A truly useless App. You open it it closes immediately, even when everything is updated same issue on (iOS). Never got to use it.
Only way you can use it is if you go through the web page instead. Do better.

I have made a payment since June and I am yet to receive my money! I keep calling and they keep making stupid promises they never fulfil. I am taking my complaints now to the financial ombudsman because I cannot continue waiting for their shenanigans. They even wiped out my transaction history and I am already convinced they have defrauded me!!!! 
I am leaving a one star cause I cannot leave a zero but up to me this app is not it at all!!!!!!
