Mine isn’t pairing properly ### 2/5 — Come on Technical Support you need to do better! *2021-02-06, version 1.3* It’s great when it works! Getting it to work is a whooole other animal. I couldn’t figure out why the music would not play when it says “Connected” in the Bluetooth settings. I had to read the reviews and try “Forget this device”, relearn the device, and BINGO. Finally got it to play. Dear technical support team Let’s not forget this is a mobile app that is to work in cars the first time, every time, we need it to connect. People are expecting to drive in their vehicle’s with their favorite music playing, right away. Not so much troubleshooting why the Bluetooth device reads connected but not working, as we swerve back on the road. Plus with this updated app I cannot change the radio station if I needed to. When I first got it installed with Crutchfield technical support, they helped me get it to work. After getting a new phone this new app doesn’t seem to give me all options. Do I really have to call for tech support and complain that this isn’t working 100%? I will have to deal with the frustrations of pleating with the wife and/or kids as to how to troubleshoot my radio. And because I didn’t get in the car first to fix the radio,”FM radio is fine for now.” I then get the “Stay focused on the road before you kill us all!” Thanks ### 2/5 — Not compatible with iPhone 11 *2020-08-21, version 1.3* Please please do an update! I have to go into Settings Bluetooth to connect every single time I want to play music. 2. When my husband drives my car, he can’t connect his Samsung 8 unless I manually go into my iPhone to disconnect Bluetooth. If he leaves without remembering to ask me to disconnect iPhone, he’s stuck with the music. Nothing changed in the truck but it won’t even show up on the BLU tooth list now. ### 3/5 — Usability is not as friendly *2017-10-10* Yes, the app would automatically pop up when I am connected to the unit the first time but I did not have my iOS App Store set to use cellular data. Walked back to the house for Wifi and now I can’t find the app because if I search the word “iSimple” I cannot locate it. Found it eventually by searching TranzIt BLU hf ... and installed. So I tried to adjust the frequency but after the adjustment there is no “ok” or “yes” or “change” button to change the frequency. I tapped on the selected frequency between the two black vertical stripes and I believe that changed the default frequency to the one I wanted. Now I am waiting for a better interface of an otherwise unit that is working very well - thus 3 stars. ### 1/5 — Still not working on i0S11 *2017-10-09, version 1.2* Has this worked for anyone on iOS11 since the 64 bit update?
