I find platformers to be pretty horrible on touchscreen in general, but this one belongs in a small group of games that absolutely nails it. Controls are impeccable. You get to defeat monsters with your trusty 'Indiana Jones' style whip and pistol. A main focus of the game is solving room size puzzles through the use of items, standing in the right location and avoiding traps. Unfortunately the music in the game is so quiet that it's barely noticeable over the sound effects. The controls are slightly awkward. The artwork is simplistic. Getting stuck is common due to the difficulty in some parts. My summary of this game is that it's worth a try. ### 4/5 — Done in 2 hours, not worth the money *2015-10-10, version 1.01.1* Don't get me wrong, I had a blast with this game. It's an amazing metroidvania, it has great mechanics and has a lot of love but into it, but I finished this game in two hours. No, I didn't rush through it, doing only the story and not collecting the collectibles. I got over half the collectibles. Macht sehr viel Spaß, stellenweise recht knifflig und schwierig. Nie unfair, mit etwas Geschick und Geschick kommt man wunderbar weiter. Die Retrografik ist knuffig und wirkt niemals öde oder phantasielos. Daher nicht nur für Retrofans zu empfehlen, im Gegenteil. Getting the gems means nothing and the game can feel complete after getting all the relics in all the right places. If you’re a completionist like myself, finding the secret rooms and secret symbols was easily found through walkthroughs on the internet. The story fell flat for me and how easily you could die was frustrating. For $5, I wouldn’t recommend it. For free with ads, I’d recommend trying it out and then I would have possibly paid $2 if I really liked it. I’m a big fan of platformers with good stories, and would suggest FancyPants Adventures (who’s music is SO GOOD) or Cat Bird for better stories and harder challenges. ### 1/5 — Logitech Powershell does not work *2016-06-28* Funktioniert leider nicht mit Logitech Powershell Kontroller. Hit the wrong button on your controller and instead of closing the ad it takes you to the app store page for what it's advertising. That's the kind of cleap clickbait BS a cheap app maker would use. The amount of detail and exploration potential is insane! It has that old school feel with the graphics, but its hours of fun! I looked online and found a website that has hints to help you... they are worth it! I haven’t been able to put this game down! It’s well worth the $5, and I hope they have a sequel. Warp-Punkte und 2. irgendwie wirkt das Punktesystem nicht ausgereift. Es sollte so sein: Entweder man bekommt mehr als ein Leben oder man verliert seine Punkte beim Sterben nicht.
