The Q-Chip™ keeps track of your activity up to 7 days. HOW IT WORKS – Each time you wear your TRAQ shoes, your step data is saved to the Q-Chip™ for up to 7 days. I’ve had Traq shoes for 6 years. Always had issues with app, but latest problem is the reason I will NEVER buy these shoes again I’ve been contacting customer service weekly for almost 2 months (ladies who answer phone immediately are very helpful) problem is the app doesn’t recognize the email address that I’ve been using with Traq for 6 years and Algeria for 9. This happened before and when resolved I lost all previous data. Now it is again an IT issue - I was told they’re offshore, and may take time. I decided since I’ll lose all data anyway, I may as well create a new account. Well now the app won’t recognize the shoe!
