Tried setting up through FB. Again, nothing. Tried through Apple. Zero. You’d think if my email was already registered as they claimed they could send email to reset password. But nope. The 2nd pair quit recording steps when they were still pretty new, but I figured something happened with the chip. I was able to pair my new ones, but not a single step was recorded. I then deleted & reinstalled the app, & it wouldn’t even scan my shoe. I love the shoes, but please don’t advertise something that can’t be delivered. Don’t waste your money if buying for the pedometer feature. This happened before and when resolved I lost all previous data. Now it is again an IT issue - I was told they’re offshore, and may take time. I decided since I’ll lose all data anyway, I may as well create a new account. Well now the app won’t recognize the shoe! At this point I called for help, did as suggested m deleted app. From my phone, reinstalled app, still couldn’t get it to work. Then I deleted app again, turned my phone off, turned phone back on and reinstalled app and still can’t get the app to connect to my shoes.
