## What is TrashRemindr?

TrashRemindr is the simplest way to keep track of your residential waste collection schedule. Set it up once, and never drag your bins out a day late again.

How It Works
Add your pickup types — Trash, Recycling, Yard Waste, Bulk, or any custom collection — choose your schedule, and TrashRemindr handles the rest. You'll get a reminder the night before at the exact time you choose.

Flexible Scheduling
Not every town runs on the same calendar. TrashRemindr supports:
   • Weekly pickups
   • Bi-weekly pickups with an anchor date system (just tell it when your next pickup is, and it calculates every 2 weeks from there)
   • Monthly pickups (e.g., every 2nd Tuesday)

Holiday Aware
In many US townships, a Monday holiday shifts the entire week's collection by one day. TrashRemindr detects federal holidays and lets you toggle a +1 day shift per schedule — so your reminders stay accurate even on holiday weeks.

At-a-Glance Dashboard
See your next pickup front and center with a countdown. Browse upcoming collections on a full monthly calendar with pickup icons on each scheduled day. Navigate forward and back to plan ahead.

Curb Check
When pickup day arrives, mark it done with a single tap. A satisfying animation confirms your bins are out — one less thing to think about.

Privacy First
TrashRemindr is 100% local. No account required. No cloud sync. No data collection. Your schedule stays on your device and nowhere else.
