Unused, deleted it. Downloaded again. Now all it does is prompt to upgrade. Can’t view any other screens ### 4/5 — Awesome app, just needs powder temp! *2021-10-07* Love this ballistics calculator. I’ve used Shooter (still my fav), Applied Ballistics, and TRASOL. Using it more and more and love how quick it is to operate. One note to developers, please add powder temp capabilities! ### 4/5 — Elevation off maps is off. *2020-06-18* . Just downloaded the app, sitting in Gonzales Louisiana and hot the button to auto fill elevation and it input 2022’. And I know for a fact even on the 3rd floor I am only about 40’ above sea level. Sure it works perfectly if I manually input elevation. Looking forward to stress testing this next week in Wyoming when I get home Thanks James ### 3/5 — Not work in Europe *2019-01-07* I am disapoint because i pay 25$ and Trasol is not suport in Europe! The most important improvement for me would be the ability to print the ballistics table. In addition, it would be helpful to add the effect of powder temperature on muzzle velocity. With those two changes I would give it 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Purchase restore was broken, now fixed and a great app *2018-08-26* *Updated* v2.0.1 fixed the issue below. I like the clean, straight forward layout. I definitely recommend Trasol to be in your precision shooting app folder. The new update looks nice. However, it claims I don’t need to purchase again if I previously paid for the full version. Attempts to restore the previous purchase fail, and the trial version is not feature-rich enough to be worth the effort. If they fix the purchase restore I’ll be happy to attempt to use this app. **Developer response:** Hi kevwil, there was an issue with our “Restore” option keeping some people from upgrading old purchases. The issue has been fixed now - we’d love for you to install the new update and report back! ### 4/5 — Won’t restore *2018-08-25, version 2.0.1* Old purchase, wants an additional $24.99 for full version. Not worth it. Ballistic AE and AB are better. Edit: Restore feature fixed. ### 4/5 — Can’t restore purchase *2018-08-23, version 2.0.1* Edited: 2.0.1 fixed the restore purchase issue. Tried to login to profile; using username and password on the website still worked, however from this app it fails, so I created a new profile with duplicate info and it synced fine. Time to field test. Purchased Oct 8, 2017, been waiting for fixes. Today new version is available; I’m eager to use, it sees my profile and previous data. Try to restore purchase to use the HUD and it says “Validation failed to restore purchase; check internet and try again”.... sad ### 3/5 — Great, but needs update *2018-03-17, version 1.2.3* Needs iPhone X update. Some controls are not intuitive, but seems to be wonderfully accurate! Pretty poor considering how much it cost. ### 3/5 — Awesome Solver, When It Works... *2017-12-27* This app used to be awesome. Now it no longer seems to work on iPhones. They can’t seem to keep up with iOS updates and the app is unusable due to crashes when trying to use certain functions. And you can’t save your app settings. Keeps resetting to the defaults every time you open the app. I’ve kept an old iPhone that no longer has service just for the app since it will never see an update. **Developer response:** Hey FourT6and2, we’re happy to report that TRASOL 2.0 is now available and should address all of your concerns (and much more). Update 8/20: the app continually crashed on my iPhone 6s. But worked fine on my iPad. Deleted and reinstalled on the 6s logged into retrieve my data but nothing there, synced my iPad....well it won't sync. Apps works great till this point. Only thing I would add is the ability to import data from a Kestrel. For that reason I use Ballistic AE and StrelokPro more. ### 3/5 — Don't forget to remove before updating *2017-07-28* The update helped with a few issues I was having, but once again. Redownloaded and was immediately forced to pay $39.99 to upgrade to able to continue using it. Deleted app. ### 1/5 — Free version expires? *2022-06-24* The free version has begun opening a pop up trying to force me to upgrade. There is no way to close the pop up. No where does it state that the free version expires after so long. I will not be upgrading and I will be deleting this “free version” from my device. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate data *2019-05-04* Input my ballistics data, my dope is 2.73 MOA @ 195 yards but only 1.81 MOA @ 200 yards! Something is wrong with this program! **Developer response:** Hey there, your feedback helped us discover a small bug in the app. We've fixed this issue in the latest release, and would love for you to try it out and let us know! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me *2019-01-09, version 2.0.1* Haven’t been able to use the product yet as the pressure (Inhg) does not go below 25.00. Living above 6500 ft this creates a problem. Further if I attempt to get the environmental information from the capture button the app crashes. Pretty poor performance after spending the money on the app. ### 1/5 — Great app that seemed to just stop working *2018-03-21, version 1.2.3* Loved this app I’ve used iSnipe and ballistic ae and this was by far my favorite. Then it just stopped working. I can’t change data enter in different distances it will not even pull up the keyboard or numbers to type in. I’ve only used it on my iPhone I wish they would fix it.
