## What is Trassen Defender 2?

With the new development of the Trassen Defender app from Deutsche Telekom, damage to Telekom lines can be reported quickly and easily using selection menus, GPS location and the upload function for photos. Furthermore, the temporary suspension of above-ground cables, for example for tree work, can be reported. You will receive a complete summary of your report by email for your own archiving. A call to the hotline is then no longer necessary.
It is therefore best to download the app today and register so that in the event of damage everything goes quickly and the damage and repair time can be kept to a minimum.

Sehr schlecht wenn man nach zwei Tagen immer noch keine Rückmeldung hat und nicht weiß ob sich jemand überhaupt kümmert. Schnell heißt bei mir das innerhalb eines Tages ein Termin für eine Reparatur eines beschädigten Kabel vorliegt.

Leider ist die App Grotten schlecht programmiert. Es geht schon beim anmelden negativ los. 
Zum einen fehlt es bei den eingabefeldern an Bezug zum Handy. Normal wird immer bei Vorname und Nachname angezeigt bzw. vorgeschlagen. App ist wohl schlecht programmiert. Dann kann man nicht einfach ein vorgeschlagenes Passwort vom iPhone benutzen, weil Telekom nicht wahrhaben will dass man mehr als 16 Zeichen nutzt. Außerdem wird einem spezielle Sonderzeichen aufgezwungen. Mega fail!

An sich ist es eine tolle Idee das man Schäden direkt per App melden kann. Allerdings ist es schade das man als Privatkunde keine Möglichkeit hat sich anzumelden.

-	Search is also possible without a zip code if it is not known
-	by tapping on the map, moving the location pin, for example to better identify damage locations away from postal addresses

-	For a better overview, completed reports can be deleted manually (button at the bottom of the report)
-	In rare cases, messages don't seem to be sent and go around in circles forever. This can now be canceled using “X” on the message tile
