I feel like child abuse or bullying should be listed as trauma types.
Review update
The rating dropped because when I use the breathing tool the app closes. Please fix

This app is phenomenal. Must have for military, law enforcement and anyone else dealing with trauma.

This app is so helpful and amazing!  I’m surprised I’m the first review!  I hope more people discover this helpful tool in recovering from trauma.  I told therapist about it so they could recommend it to their clients, and also shared it with my support groups.  Amazing resource with so many helpful tools and educational tidbits to help you feel normal and have hope for Recovery.
