I felt like I’d entered a safe and calm space just for women, like someone had wrapped their arm around me, listened, valued, and says let’s find the light together. Holding women, helping them feel heard, and helping them find the way while lifting off all the burdensome shame. I haven’t found a more understanding, more knowledgeable and more advocating soul than Sarah’s. It was dangerous and almost impossible but with Jesus I made it. Finding Sarah, the founder and creator of TraumaMAMAS has given me so much hope of making things easier and less isolating for other women.
