Don’t use the app *2025-04-14, version 3.2.1* I was a loyal customer for several months but soon realized that this agency consistently charges at least 10% more than competitors—whether for flights or hotel bookings. Recently, I booked a suite at the St. Regis Venice, only to be informed **two days after payment** that the reservation wasn’t confirmed. To make matters worse, they offered me a lower-category suite **at the same price**, even though it was **20% cheaper** elsewhere, including on their own app. Honestly, I cannot recommend this service. Even if you’re using it for crypto payments, there are far better alternatives that offer **significant savings**—especially for frequent travelers like myself. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ruining your holidays with unreliable bookings and inflated prices. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-04-30* I️ downloaded this app because it was supposed to be the best. But for one you can’t just give feedback, you have to join a group on telegram with 400 people the leave feedback. Secondly instead of searching for flights like most search engines allow you to see availability and prices. No matter what date I️ put in it just says dates not available. It doesn’t say which leg, it doesn’t give options for other available dates. It just says not available for every date I️ put it. Whilst we cannot guarantee if your ticket is eligible for a refund.” Booked nearly 4 months out, but my travel dates changed 1 week later, they couldn’t accommodate an affordable change and was only left with the option to refund. Why do user need hold Ava? Lets say 13% discount is not much compared to diamond member of Agoda with 20-30% off. So why should user hold your coin instead of using those traditional bookinh platform? I want to support crypto companies like Travala, but give me the better plan on it. You guy dont need to continue the airdrop program, only need increase the percentage of discount for the booking then Users will come to you!!
