## What is Travalet?

Travel planning should feel like the fun part. Travalet turns the chaos of confirmation emails, boarding passes, and booking links into one calm, beautiful timeline, automatically.

Forward and forget

Forward any booking confirmation to trips@travalet.app and Travalet builds your itinerary for you. Flights, hotels, car hire, trains, ferries, cruises, activities, and restaurant reservations from hundreds of providers worldwide, parsed and organised in seconds.

Every trip, perfectly organised

Bookings group into trips automatically by date, so your whole journey lines up in a clean, chronological timeline. Tap any item for the details that matter: flight numbers and gates, hotel check-in notes, pickup locations, meeting points, and more.

Everything in one place

See each day on an inline map, attach tickets and PDFs to any booking, and keep every reference close at hand. Prefer to add something yourself? Manual entry is quick and just as tidy.

Private by design

No account. No sign-up. No server-side database. Your itinerary lives on your device and syncs privately across iPhone, iPad, and Mac through iCloud. No ads, no trackers, no selling your data. Your trips are yours alone.

Share the journey

Travelling with others? Share a trip through iCloud and everyone sees the same live itinerary. Add a booking and it appears for the whole group. Choose view-only or full editing, and no one needs a Travalet account to join.

Agent-curated trips

Booked through a travel agent? Travalet connects to your agent's platform, so professionally curated itineraries arrive complete with hero images, maps, recommendations, and agency branding. Beautifully presented, and still completely private to you.

Designed for Apple

A native app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Calm, refined, and fast, designed so you can scan what matters at a glance.

Download Travalet free and turn your next trip from a pile of emails into one calm place.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.4 — 2026-10-14

Travalet 2.4 brings richer trips from your travel agent, better train travel and more ways to share. Please update to keep forwarded email imports and agent trips arriving.

NEW
- Agent trips come alive: chapters, day-by-day notes, what's included, and hotel and room photo galleries that work offline.
- See what's new when your agent updates a trip, with the day ahead on your Today card and in widgets.
- Train journeys show their class, a train icon and nights aboard, and the trip map draws them station to station.
- Share a trip with several public links, each with its own cover image. Tap a link to open it.

IMPROVED
- Forwarded emails up to 2 MB are now read, and package bookings capture every part.
- A re-timed booking updates in place instead of appearing twice.
- A clear notification tells you when forwarded plans are added, without double banners.
- A cruise's disembarkation day now shows in the trip.

FIXED
- A rare freeze while syncing in the background.
- Midnight times display correctly, and trip day headers no longer wrap.
- Item pages no longer stretch sideways, and Open Booking opens once.
- Supplier contact details are hidden on agent-delivered items.

### 2.2 — 2026-08-29

Travalet now keeps an eye on your itinerary for you.

Your trip, checked over

Travalet reviews every trip for the small things that quietly go wrong: a hotel check-in that starts before your flight has landed, a car collected in a city you have not arrived in yet, a booking sitting on the wrong day. Anything it finds appears at the top of the trip in plain language, usually with a one-tap fix, and you can always tell it to leave something alone.

A map you can ask questions

The trip map is now interactive. Tap a stop to jump straight to that booking. Tap a line between two places and it tells you what it is: a flight you booked, a connection Travalet has assumed, or a gap worth a second look.

Places, in full

Locations now show Apple's place card wherever there is a match, so photos, opening hours, ratings and directions sit right there in your itinerary.

Better at a glance

Countdowns now read "2 weeks remaining" instead of "125h 32m". Car hire stays on the Right Now banner for as long as you have the car, cruises take the headline while you are aboard, and a day's weather now covers everywhere you are going that day, not just where you started.

Sharing that works both ways

Travel companions can now remove items from a shared trip, not just add them, and you can see everyone who has joined.

Widgets that keep up

Your widget now moves on to the next flight or hotel by itself, without waiting for you to open the app.

Email forwarding, whenever you are ready

Skipped forwarding at first launch? Travalet now offers it again at the moment it would actually help, and tells you when an address still needs verifying.

Plus a substantial amount of work on iCloud sync reliability, including a fix for items disappearing after being removed from a shared trip, and a long list of smaller corrections throughout.

As always: no account, no tracking, and your trips stay private to you. Questions or ideas? Reach us any time at support@travalet.app. Safe travels!

### 2.1 — 2026-07-24

A big update that puts your trips right where you need them, at a glance.

Widgets for your Home and Lock Screen
Add a Travalet widget to see your next flight, hotel, or activity, plus a countdown to your next trip, without opening the app. Tap any widget to jump straight to the details.

Weather on your timeline
Every day of a trip now shows the weather: a live forecast for days that are coming up, and typical seasonal conditions for trips further out, so you always know what to pack.

A beautiful new trip view
Each trip now opens on a map that traces your journey and follows you day by day, with your itinerary in a panel you can pull up for detail or push down to explore the map.

Agent-curated trips that stay current
Trips arranged by your travel agent now update automatically. When your agent changes a booking it updates in your timeline, and their contact details are always one tap away.

Smoother from the very first launch
Setting up a new device or reinstalling now restores your trips, shared trips, and saved details more reliably, with clearer handling when you are offline.

Plus a refreshed card design and a range of smaller fixes throughout.

As always: no account, no tracking, and your trips stay private to you. Questions or ideas? Reach us any time at support@travalet.app. Safe travels!

### 1.2 — 2025-10-31

Enhanced Collaboration & Reliability This update brings powerful new features and important fixes to make Travalet even better: Trip Item Pools – The biggest addition! Now you can collaborate with travel companions who are only joining part of your journey. Share specific segments of your trip—like a weekend excursion or a few days in a city—without sharing your entire itinerary. Perfect for group trips where people come and go at different times. Timezone Fixes – We've resolved issues with dates and times displaying incorrectly across timezones, so your flight times and reservations now show accurately no matter where you're traveling. UI Improvements – Polished interface with updated fonts, refined navigation, and smoother animations throughout the app. The detail views now update instantly when you make changes. Stability Enhancements – Fixed crashes related to map rendering, trip deletion, and CloudKit sync. The app is now more reliable on both iOS and macOS. Travel planning just got more flexible and dependable. Update now to experience the improvements!
