TravAssist Boatside™ is your answer to affordable on-water towing services. Expressly available for eligible Travelers Personal Insurance Boat & Yacht Insurance customers, receive 24-hour emergency dispatch services and unlimited on-water towing coverage for your registered vessel. Towing assistance is available in US and Canadian waters.

New Signup and Login Flow:

Introducing a revamped sign-up and login experience.

Easily sign in with your registered credentials.
Forgot your password? We've added a password reset feature for your convenience.

Important Note for Existing Users:

Former app users will need to create a new account and log in, as previous accounts won't be automatically transferred.

Connect your insurance policy information in-app for quicker, more seamless tow requests.


Insurance Policy Integration:

While we recommend attaching your insurance policy immediately upon creating an account, you can still request a tow even if the policy hasn't been added in-app.
