Not being able to edit on the go really delays the information sharing process. Do you have plans to add the feature?? Feel free to email us at professional@travefy.com if you need help getting your account set up! ### 2/5 — Won’t keep track of my password *2018-02-27* I was excited to get started with this, but every time I closed the app, I had to sign in again, which is bad enough. But it also told me my password was wrong every single time and I had to ask for a new password. Tested it to make sure it wasn’t me. The push notifications to my Apple Watch make it easy to stay on top of questions and details. I wasn’t even sent an email to let me know that my renewal sate was coming up. The only notification I received was to let me know that I had been charged $420 and I was not allowed to cancel. That seems disingenuous and they do that on purpose just to get your money. While a beautiful app, I would think twice about using this service under its current business practices. ### 1/5 — Not useful :( *2024-10-26* The app is very plain and simple. I understand the title is “View Client Trips” but being able to edit would be more useful. Build your own library to work smarter, not harder. Travefy constantly adds on new features to make itinerary building easy. You can also create forms, landing pages and a website. That’s just naming a few options. It’s my most used app/website as a TA. Many of our clients have taken the time to comment about how useful it is, especially the flight information and having their travel documents available in one app on their phone. Being able to communicate with clients whilst they are travelling is really important to us in order to provide a high level of customer service. It is really easy to put itineraries together and update as necessary. I can’t praise this app enough. The team at Travefy are really quick to respond to any questions or offer assistance as well. ### 5/5 — This is a life saver! *2019-06-03* I work on a Mac, and I would always have so many docs that needed converted to PDF so I could send to clients. No longer do I need to do that, or work harder! Travefy has been absolutely beneficial to me in my travel agent career, and I absolutely love how it’s helped me streamline and organize for my clients. I always recommend it to fellow agents and they are just blown away after about 1-2 hours of poking around. Clients love them and if you want to add something for them during their trip... viola... they now have it. Furthermore, with "In App" messaging you can offer clients the ability to contact you during their trip!
