The app does not do anything except for the login screen to open when you enter the details it does nothing. 
Not able to use the app for over a month now.

I m a travel agent (SHIVA DREAM VACATIONS) from Delhi. I had issued the ticket from TBO in feb 2020 & after 2 days the flight was cancelled. Till August first week they said refund was under process and suddenly 1 day they said that airlines has been shut. You will get only 49% of the ticket amount. But actually they had received the refund from airlines on 14th April 2020 according to the airlines. 
They don’t want to give the refunds. It’s a FRAUD COMPANY.
