Sometimes it updates, sometimes it doesn’t and sometimes (like now), the screen shows nothing and I have to delete the app and reinstall. You charge owners high enough commission to warrant a better app. ### 1/5 — Waste of my time *2019-03-12, version 1.4.0* This app doesn’t even open now. I need information about bookings easily so I can respond and can’t even open the app. Previously, I was having issues with adding bookings. Now it doesn’t even open. Won’t update new bookings. I have to delete the app, go to the App Store, find the app, download the app, fill in my details and re-open. EVERY TIME?!?! For 15 months now. Really? Any plans to fix this? It’s soooo bad! The primary purpose of this app is to check bookings. It fails. ### 1/5 — Very poor app. *2018-10-04, version 1.3.4* Nice idea but simply can’t rely on this app. Shows lack on investment in tech from Travel Chapter. Won’t load at all on iphone or iPad now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted and reset both phone and iPad just shows a black page. Will delete the app until Travel Chapter can prove it works properly. ### 2/5 — Rubbish! *2018-09-22, version 1.3.4* Really poor app. Half the time it doesn’t respond at all, and it’s recently taken me weeks to get them to make 2019 dates available. Really inconvenient because, if you advertise with other agents such as Airbnb and TripAdvisor, you can rarely synchronise calendars without resorting to contacting your Travelchapter rep, who is hardly ever in the office. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poorly laid out *2024-02-17, version 2.1.22* Unable to view bookings clearly and can no longer see reports on property. I am unable to understand the negative reviews. The app produces all the information I need as an owner, and it produces it in real-time. I can manage my cleaning team and my bank manager from the information that it provides. The “at a glance” summary of bookings gives an instant overview. It’s simple to operate, it provides clear and instant information- I cannot fault it.” ### 4/5 — Income summary would be good *2020-12-18, version 1.4.0* Good for checking booking details. Real question is “Does it make my life easier as a Holiday let owner? On balance, marginally. Fine for adding owner bookings when it’s working, but pretty glitchy. But..it often doesn’t reflect up to date bookings - one time I therefore turned up to use the cottage myself only to find guests there! And currently it’s not loading at all.
