I download this app to avoid stopping in rest area. The thing is, almost all al hotels required you to obtain paper coupon because customer can use the same coupon several times. According to them, it’s a question of management. So you have to stop at rest ares anyways… so it’s pretty much useless ### 2/5 — Only for US *2022-06-25, version 2.7* Unfortunately I downloaded the app only to find out it’s not available in Canada ### 4/5 — This app is really helpful for our trip plan *2019-06-05, version 2.4* We’ve been using printing copy for years. Now the smart phone app can really do better to provide more. The only question is sometimes searching engine is slowed down too much at some period of night time. It’ll be great if Travel Coupons can solve this download speed issue. ### 2/5 — Hotel won't accept *2017-08-19, version 2.3* I tried using this app to replace all those hotel coupon mags. But all 7 different motels refused to accept the app coupon. I did get one to scan my phone screen but only after saying I would "report" them for false advertising. I gave 2 stars because the app is easy to use. But now gets deleted since the motels won't accept. ### 4/5 — For highway travel only *2015-11-12, version 2.0* Great app for highway travel... Not so much for small town to town travel. ### 4/5 — Great app but needs to get the motels onboard *2015-09-11, version 1.7* Basically, the prices in these coupons are lower than any you can find anywhere else. Lower than any web site, lower than the senior , AAA or government rate. However, they do not do a good job making sure that the participating motels are aware of the terms of their own coupons. Even though all the coupons now say that either the printed or mobile versions of the coupon are acceptable, we have had several instances where the desk clerks at the motel refuse to accept the mobile version ( we just go elsewhere , rather than argue). Otherwise a great app both if you want to do advance planning or forget to pick up their coupon book at s rest stop. ### 4/5 — Figured it out *2015-06-29, version 1.5* Still shuts down at times, but just need to use the map to locate all places and not rely on it listing them. ### 5/5 — Best walk in deals *2014-12-18, version 1.2.2* I love this app! I use it all the time when I'm traveling on the interstate. It's super easy to use. Their coupon books are useful, too! I also noticed that they have a new website that is so much nicer and easier to use than their older one. But the advertisers are scammers.... Always 10$ more or only smoking rooms. Was excited and expecting the promised quoted prices from their book on the map. We have good signal so its not that. I reset the app and map a few times too, no hotels in the whole state listed! It’s misleading to say there is daily deals when not one is shown. Search yields “no results”, the list of all routes yields “no results”. Clicking on the map does nothing. Clicking the “search nearby hotels” button doesn’t do anything. Even the search for nearby gas stations does not work. Does not matter if you select from the dropdown for unleaded, premium, diesel. What is a travel coupon if you have to call the hotel anyway to get prices. May as well just pick up a coupon book at a rest area. ### 1/5 — Useless *2020-02-28, version 2.6* We’ve picked up & used the paper coupons many times with great success so I looked forward to the convenience of an APP on my phone. EVERY time I tried to use it either a blank screen came up or a short list of hotels with only an option to “call direct” w no clue as to cost or estimated discount. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Not helpful any more *2019-08-23, version 2.6* Used to be useful for finding hotel coupons, though sometimes hotels would not accept the electronic version of the coupon. I had to present paper version from book which they cut out. App does not allow you to search via city. The 3 hotels I called and 1 I went to, all wanted a paper copy and would not take it from the phone. I do not carry my printer. So, why have the app? You have to pick up the magazine at rest stops. ### 1/5 — Can't find any locations *2015-06-14, version 1.5* No matter where I am, the app never picks up on any nearby hotels. If I try to search by state, neither PA or VA show up as states. If I select an interstate, it just keeps taking me through more menus and never lists any hotels. Saves me money on every trip! ### 5/5 — Frustrated!!! *2018-09-11, version 2.3* I just signed up for your APP in anticipation for our upcoming trip and I am having trouble with easy navigation. I really wanted to see if you could send me the coupons for the states we will be going through. The reason is so my husband and I can make some plans and if or should I say after the hurricane we may have to change our route. I hope you can accommodate my husband and I. These are the states we would need: Driving I-75 1. OHIO 2. KENTUCKY 3. TENNESSEE 4. GEORGIA 5. FLORIDA Driving I-95 and other Interstates 1. NORTH CAROLINA 2. SOUTH CAROLINA I did not want to re-peat any of the books so I wouldn’t be wasteful. We will be making this trip in 2018 and again in 2019. Once I have become more familiar with your APP I should be able to give you a “5-STAR RATING” but I want to get started right away. Every year we have picked up the coupons at the Visiter Centers in each of the states we go through and I have always say to my husband “Gee! I could sign-up for these Coupon Books!” I finally am doing it. Thank you very much for providing this service for Travelers.
