Close the app entirely and re-open between games every 25-30 minutes. The game has a tendency to just spontaneously close mid game after about 30 minutes of game time, and if it does you lose all streaks, power up’s and challenges you may be in the middle of. I have spoken to the team and it is a known issue, which they are working on resolving.
