Unlimited gebucht und nur 0,05-0,4mbit/s bekommen. Versucht Problem mit chatbot zu lösen, ohne Erfolg. Auch nach einer Beschwerde- Email, keine Hilfe geschweige denn eine Lösung. Nie wieder. :(

ich habe ein 5g unlimited gekauft für frankreich ! trotz perfekten 5g 4balken netz weniger als 1mb/s download geschwindigkeit

auch nach mehrmaligen neu installieren der E-Sim. mit meiner eigenen Sim funktioniert alles wieder perfekt!

absolute betrüger und keine chance auf geld zurück!
