## What is Travel Istanbul?

Istanbul keeps most of its history in plain sight and explains almost none of it. The fountain on the corner, the domed building behind the tram stop, the tomb inside the mosque courtyard — all of them have a story, and almost none of them have a sign that tells it. Travel Istanbul is a self-guided audio and reading guide built for one city only, so it can go deeper than a guide that covers the whole country.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPLORE

Every place comes with a written narrative, photographs and narrated audio. The content is researched from historical sources, and where accounts disagree, the app says so instead of picking the prettier story.

LISTEN WHILE YOU WALK
Each site has its own audio narration, so a walk through Sultanahmet, Fatih, Eyüpsultan or Üsküdar becomes a guided tour. Start the audio, put the phone back in your pocket and keep looking up — the mini player stays with you as you move to the next stop.

PLAN YOUR DAYS
Tell the app how many days you have in Istanbul, what interests you, and how fast you like to travel. It builds a day-by-day itinerary with walking times between stops, weather for your dates, arrival and departure times for your first and last day, and your must-see places kept in the plan. Open any day's route on the map or hand it to Google Maps and start walking.

FIND WHAT IS AROUND YOU
Browse by district or open the map to see monuments near you, sorted by distance. Filter by type — mosque, palace, fountain, cistern, caravanserai — search by name, and mark the places you have already visited so future plans skip them. Nearby-monument alerts let you know when you are walking past something worth stopping for.

SIX LANGUAGES
English, Türkçe, Deutsch, العربية, فارسی and Русский — written content and audio narration in all six.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Travel Istanbul Premium is available as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

An internet connection is required to load content and audio.
