## What is Travel Ledger?

Travel Ledger is a clean multi-currency expense tracker for travel, study abroad, business trips, and cross-border life.

Enter expenses directly in USD, EUR, JPY, SGD, or other supported currencies. Travel Ledger uses a fixed daily reference rate and converts every entry into the base currency you choose, so spending across countries and months stays comparable.

FEATURES

• Fast multi-currency entry with only your favorite currencies
• A base currency you can change, including CNY, USD, and EUR
• One daily reference rate for consistent entries throughout the day
• Original amount, converted amount, rate, and date preserved per entry
• A simple single-currency mode when conversion is not needed
• Income, expenses, budgets, search, and full calendar-month insights
• Custom categories, home modules, themes, and entry fields
• Free CSV import for everyone with automatic duplicate detection
• Complete CSV export for members with original and converted values
• Offline-first, no advertising, and no separate app account
• Optional sync through the user’s private iCloud/CloudKit database
• Native iPhone and iPad layouts in portrait and landscape
• Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English

Core bookkeeping is free forever. Travel Ledger Plus is available as an annual membership with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Both options unlock the same advanced features.

Automatic exchange rates are for personal record-keeping reference only. Travel Ledger does not provide payment, foreign-exchange, investment, tax, or professional financial services.
