The problem is, I’ve maxed out the basement and there is one area left that says “coming soon”, which has been that way for months. I’ve maxed out my Travel and it too says “coming soon”. What does “soon” mean? Most of my stations are maxed too. It’s to the point that there is no reason left for me to keep logging in. I guess I will need to find a new addiction game, which saddens me. Even after reaching out to the devs for support they’ve ignored the email and the game just progressively gets worse to the point where it’s unplayable. Monthly subscription for the robot but when you click for it to start it does nothing, trying to assign things to it and you just get blank screens that force you to force close the app for it to just happen over and over and over, the travel section is bugged beyond no tomorrow where there is 0 progress because everything to progress forward is greyed out. This game is a complete write off at the moment and sadly it has so much potential but it’s unplayable. ### 1/5 — Please fix. The issue is I spent money on premium land. First one, no problem. Second one, I had, then it disappeared. I have messaged the app support on every possible site and platform with no response. I am a retired mom and spend quite a bit on gaming between my daughter and myself. If I can’t trust that I can get what I buy, or get service in a timely manner, I will not play the game. I really like the storyline and that it is a traditional nuclear family. The characters are dressed appropriately and so far, none of the garbage you when you play other games ( bad language, witchcraft, violence & sexual overtones,etc).
