I tried to contact them many times thru multiple channel like emails, Instagram, Facebook and even with their app but no one ever contact me back. It all went silent. I am very disappointed on how unhelpful and greedy they are now since they are trying to get me to buy the whole thing all over again which this will cost me a lot of my hard earn money. I would strongly recommend against buying any products for them since they are so hard to reach out to for help. The flash cards are good. One feature request would be the ability to reverse the flash cards - i.e. listen to the phrase so you can test if you understand it.
