The room was nothing like the pictures shown—completely different and very dirty. The host was rude, and when I contacted customer service for a refund, they behaved very badly and offered no help. To make things worse, the app kept crashing, which made the entire process frustrating. Worst service and app I’ve ever used. Instead of solving problems, they give generic copy-paste replies and leave you stuck without support. Refunds are almost impossible to get, and when issues happen (which they will), you’re on your own. This app is nothing but frustration and false promises. It wastes your time, money, and energy.
