Cannot get in touch with anyone due to the fact Travelers billing system is all screwed up! I’m sure customers are changing companies like I did and they don’t have enough customer service reps. So disappointed.

Please hire some developers who know how to develop an app. The sign on screen never signs you on the first time. You always have to click twice. Worst is the messaging feature.  You can’t see what you’re typing… the keyboard covers the whole text bar. Do they even have a QA team??
