This was so convenient and especially helpful as a mom. I was able to complete it quickly and without hassle. Having an accident is difficult and upsetting as well as time consuming. Now all that’s left to do is wait on the insurance company. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t listen to the adjusters or use this app *2023-06-12* Take your vehicle to a body shop and let them do their jobs. This app has you take “5 pictures and a video” according the travelers adjusters. It actually has you take 9 pictures and then once it is “submitted” it asks for 20 plus more that are “required to complete your claim”. The only problem is they are not required because Travelers will provide and estimate based on the 9 even though you tell them you would rather have the body shop complete the estimate. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-12-05, version 2.3.1* For what I am paying they can send an appraiser. Pain in the neck to download. Does not capture damage to show the true nature . If the shop finds more damage then I have to submit more paperwork. Why pay for insurance when I’m doing their work. Total inconvenience. Time to start looking for a new carrier if I have to do their work . If I could use no stars I would so I have to use 1 star ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2022-12-11, version 2.3.1* While trying to file a claim, the app was not very user friendly. While trying to comment on a photo, the comments would not save and I had to re-enter each one several times until I figured out how to save them. You have to navigate to the VERY END of the claim process in order to then go back to an individual picture and save a comment. ### 2/5 — App Needs Upgrade *2022-10-25, version 2.3.1* The app is not horrible it is just not intuitive. Every picture I took said it was blurry and did I want to retake it or use the blurry one? This went on with every picture I took so I used what the app indicated was blurry. One of the things it kept asking me for was the actual vin # barcode that the app indicated was on the inner driver side door of my 2022 GMC pickup. There was no barcode or vin # on the inside of the driver door. There was a vin # between the driver side front and back doors but you couldn’t take a pic of it. Lastly upon review, I could see all of the pics I took and not a single one of them were blurry. ### 3/5 — It’s just okay *2023-11-13* Damage was to top of car. That’s not a choice on the app when selecting where the damage is. None of the scanning devices worked for me. I had to enter in details manually. Camera was always blurry and I have brand new iPhone 15 pro. Also no where to put in notes about camera is not able to show. So I had to write on paper and then take a photo. It’s a good idea but to be 5 stars UX needs to be better . Thank you ### 3/5 — Not easy to use *2022-10-02, version 2.3.1* I’m an app programmer myself so I’m not someone who’s not savvy. I couldn’t get the VIN to scan so I just entered the number, which came back as invalid, so I clicked Next and the next screen gave me the option to take photos. Why wasn’t that option made available instead of scanning in the first place? Then when taking a video I initially disabled the microphone and started recording, and then decided I wanted to record my voice. I had no option to go back and enable my microphone. In fact there were no “back” buttons at all. Very frustrating! ### 3/5 — Easy to use but…. *2022-06-16, version 2.3.0* The app is easy enough to use if you were in a fender bender and only had one point of contact. I had a very large tree fall on my roof and could not pick the roof as a point of impact, nor all the other damage like both side doors. I also could not get past the odemeter section. I had live power lines on my car so starting the car was not an option. The pictures and video uploaded easily. ### 3/5 — Travelers damage photo ap *2022-03-16, version 2.3.0* Still photos are easy to take and instructions are easy to follow. 30 seconds are allowed to capture video footage. Plenty of time for my situation but maybe not long enough for other people. The ability to upload multiple videos would be an improvement. Additionally, video playback would cut off after 3-5 secs of viewing and not playback the entire footage. ### 3/5 — just ten photos??? Why? *2021-11-25, version 2.3.0* This app needs more then just ten photos. There’s damage on the ENTIRE interior and ten photos is not enough. Also it should allow for interior pieces to be selected as damaged. Like dash. Console. Door panels. Seats. Steering wheel. Carpet. Seat belts. I seriously don’t understand why you can’t have interior on the app. Please update this! Thanks ### 3/5 — So So *2019-07-15, version 1.1* The app worked very well except for obtaining the VIN which unfortunately is the first step and thus left a bad taste in my mouth while using the app. After trying for a couple of minutes I had to give up and type the VIN in manually. And then it wanted a photo of the VIN I had just entered and the photo was fuzzy (probably due to light) and when I clicked on the flash icon (upper left) it failed to turn on the flash. Very pleasant experience. *2023-06-10* I was stressed about making a claim because I’m always so busy. I just run all the time. I didn’t want to have to take hours with an adjuster and get behind at work. In less than 10 minutes I was done and back to my regular routine.
