Unfortunately, when I travel and/or my GPS has issues I end up being blocked. Last time I had to write them 3 times before they unblocked me, and now I am blocked again. I had traveled and had returned home when I opened the game and was blocked again. Probably because my GPS had not readjusted to my location as I was not on WiFi. I don’t understand why they haven’t fixed this and why it takes so long to be unblocked. The collections dont feel like treasures anymore, u dont get the same thrill of picking stuff up as the “treasures” arent really treasures anymore. There has to be a story behind each collection which isnt very appealing as the collections are more goblins and witches rather than diamonds and jewels. Im also pretty sure the no1 player who uses various alias on various phones is a cheat who gps jumps picking treasures up that you would feel are quite safe in obscure locations. It's fun when you're going on a road trip to see what new treasures you can find and bring home with you. And how long you keep your treasures buried in different obscure areas. We do this as a family and it's so much fun to share! Also, admin are very responsive and helpful when you have any issues. I reinstalled this app, and it keeps saying that they’re unable to find my account, after I enter my password. Yet, when I attempted to create a new account, they said my email address was already assigned. I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times in the past week, and I have not yet received any response, nor is there any way to reset my password/reclaim my account. DO NOT MAKE ANY IN-APP PURCHASES!!! ### 1/5 — FAKE TREASURE HUNTING *2019-10-14* It sounded like geocaching which is way better and if you want to treasure hunt, then geocaching is the best scavenger hunt. Wants its game back. *2017-03-17* What started as a good concept is flawed. The developer is judge and jury it seems. All of the top players cheat or have cheated with gps spoofing. Sometimes your account gets shut down because you're guilty of association? The game has lost its integrity. It's a joke. This is not how a business is run in 2017. The main developer is a player in the game (which is a conflict of interest). Myself and team members spent a lot of money upgrading ourselves in this game only to have the developer remove a valuable treasure from one of our collections and handed off to one of the members on her ship. The game has a lot of defects/glitches that allow others to cheat and the developer states this can't be helped due to lack of funds. Overall a very poor game with a lot of cheating and no privacy. ### 1/5 — Horrible Account Management *2013-08-10, version 4.4* I can't even begin to explain how frustrated and disappointed I am with this app. Every time I restore my device or upgrade my phone I need to go through days of communications with Kitty Code to restore account. Too boring of a game if there are very few treasures to be found. No way to really get going in this game. If there were at least some random system generated treasures available for newcomers, that would at least help hold interest and get them going. The game continues to get updates and the support staff is very responsive. My wife and I both play and really have enjoyed it for years. It is amazing, the developers are also fabulous day take on all feedback and act on it. I am registered blind and therefore use VoiceOver on the iPhone to play this game. They have make sure that I can do this as it is fully accessible. It’s a great way to get outdoors and to travel around the world to find new collections that you never knew existed. The system is cool, the displays of the overall game are amazing, and the satisfaction for finding a new treasure is exhilarating! I travel frequently and I’ve always saved up a lot of treasures to put them all in an exotic place that I’m sure nobody will find. The problem is that it takes so long to drop 100 treasures, and the amount of time to drop a few thousand is exhausting! Please, implement an option where you can drop all of your current treasures or a certain number, specific collections, or them all at once! This will make dropping treasures much faster in times where you don’t have the time to drop 1,000’s of treasures. Please!
