Familiar with that? You go on a tour with some friends. One of your friends is paying the fuel for the car, the other is paying the tolls and maybe you pay the entrance fee for a national park and some snacks for your group. At the evening a big writing down begins, who has paid for what and how much, who should put some money on the table for whom to share all common expenses in a fair way. That’s what exactly this app “Travelers Wallet” can do for you. Record your group travels or events or tours, the participants and all the common expenses. Define how you share every single expense, equal shares for each or maybe individual shares. Then just click on “Calculation” to have a detailed reporting, who paid for what and what are the final results in terms of, who gets money back and who has to put money on the table for whom. Of course you can create an email with an attached PDF for your friends with the whole calculation, thus everyone can retrace in detail and understand these results. Manchmal fehlt ein Notizfeld zu den Belegen, Alle Infos in den Belegnamen zu schreiben ist unübersichtlich. Zwei bis drei Features fände ich noch Klasse: Auf unseren Reisen haben wir es immer wieder, dass jemand auswärtiges einen ausgibt. Das müssen wir dann aus der Gesamtrechnung rausrechnen. Hier wäre eine Minusbuchung hilfreich. Fotos zu den Belegen würde ich gerne an den Buchungen hinterlegen. Des Weiteren haben wir ein Bankkonto, von dem wir, ähnlich der Barkasse, Ausgaben bedienen. Wir benutzen es auch bei unseren Wohnmobilurlauben und benennen die Reiseteilnehmer „Diesel, Einkäufe, Gebühren usw. Das Programm ist für diesen Zweck nicht gedacht, aber es bietet auch dabei einen detaillierten Überblick der Kosten. **Developer response:** Ja, das stimmt, bei dieser Version gab es kurzfristig ein Problem bei der Übernahme der Daten aus den vorhergehenden Versionen. Aber das Problem ist behoben. Bitte überdenken Sie Ihre Bewertung. Das wäre nett. ### 4/5 — Super praktisch! *2017-07-07* Im Urlaub zu dritt ausgiebig getestet. Sehr zu empfehlen gerade bei Fremdwährung sehr übersichtlich und einfach anzupassen. Wunsch für die nächste Entwicklung wäre eine Möglichkeit die Reise in der cloud zu speichern und mit anderen teilen zu können, dann kann jeder Teilnehmer den aktuellen Stand sehen. Dennoch möchte ich anmerken, dass am Ende immer der mit der App die Ausgaben eintragen muss. Bei GroupEvent.info geht das beispielsweise alles über eine mobile Webseite auf die jeder der Gruppe Zugriff hat. ### 5/5 — Tolle App *2015-04-29* Macht genau das was ich gesucht habe. Endlich mal eine korrekte Abrechnung, die wenig Arbeit macht! Keine Streitereien, kein Verbummeln von Belegen und Aufzeichnungen. Sieht zwar nicht sexy aus, aber wer brauch sowas schon? Es hat wirklich alle Features, die wir benötigt haben (z.B. wenn zwei für alle gezahlt haben oder wenn etwas bezahlt wurde, an dem sich nicht alle beteiligen wollen). Da hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht.
