You can’t save routes and there’s limited personalisation so I can’t see how this information capture is relevant to your business? ### 1/5 — Lack of maintenance! *2022-01-11, version 4.0.9* Like previous recent reviewers, I used to frequently use this app, and it was great. However it seems to have suffered from a lack of updates and now is next to useless, crashing every time I try to use it. I appreciate it’s a free app, but in it’s current form should not be available as it’s a waste of memory space and users’ time. ### 1/5 — Broken *2021-11-19, version 4.0.9* This used to work perfectly. Used to work fine. I still use it out of habit, however, it has a lot of bugs or flaws now. You used to be able to change the times in the results page easily but now you can’t. It doesn’t seem to want to show earlier or later alternatives. The search function is also not great and it’s really difficult to find certain bus stops unless you happen to type in the exact name of the stop as stored by Traveline. Sometimes you don’t know the exact stop so this is inconvenient. I’ve also noticed that it doesn’t save recently searched stops anymore either. Now I have to type them in every time. This app used to be great (minus the odd bug) so I’m not sure what’s happened; please make it like it used to be so I can leave a higher review! ### 1/5 — Awful buggy update *2019-07-19, version 4.0.0* Hi, I use this app a lot but the latest update is awful. Doesn’t display properly with larger font settings; keeps crashing; and any changes to travel times simply don’t work. Please put it right! ### 1/5 — Total discrimination against the blind *2019-07-13, version 4.0.0* This app breeches welsh government accessibility for all policy! It directly discriminates against blind users as it doesn’t even allow the names of the buttons to be read in the dock by a phone’s screenreading software. It is impossible to set up an account as again it doesn’t navigate between the fields or tell you what the field requires. Where a sighted person sees e.mail address or first name as a prompt, we hear nothing. Absolute total rubbish shame i wasn’t able to give it 0 stars as 1star is far too much. If you are wanting to find out bus times, most likely you won't have reception. The app does not have the full offline timetables, which after all would not be very difficult to do. This means I have to download the Bws Gwynesdd timetables as PDF and store then on my iPad and iPhone. Never really works even for the simplest of trips. ### 1/5 — Absolute Rubbish *2025-09-20, version 4.2.2* I signed up for the app. It then refused my login details, saying my password was wrong. I then requested a reset email which simply hasn’t arrived. At least the website is now accessible on a mobile device - it used to block you from using it & insist you download the app instead. Tuesday 23rd July 14:30 Jobs Well road Johnstown to carmarthen bus station, instead of the bus travelling up the hill near Heol Dyfnall it traveled down the hill near Waun Burgess. We got there early and entertained the boys while we waited patiently only for us to watch the bus 227 stop across the road and watched it drive away. We had to walk home with two tied children under 3years. Very disappointed and frustrated. ### 1/5 — Not great *2024-04-27, version 4.2.2* I have been using the app for the past few years, but now ‘Plan my journey’ finds the times, but when I select the time I want to see the stops/route the app closes. Not good at all, please sort it out. ### 1/5 — Useless: crashes *2024-04-09, version 4.2.2* You can set up a journey and it will give you a set of start and arrival times. Click on the preferred option however, and the app crashes and closes.
