Link took me to a completely different/irrelevant website Map just jumps back to whole country when I try to get departures. Please revert to previous version ### 1/5 — Absolutely dreadful *2025-06-24, version 1.27.0* The old version was very easy to use. The new app is simply not intuitive. There needs to be a ‘How to’ section that informs users how to use the app. You might imagine that by selecting Timetables, and filling in the number of the service that you are looking for, you’d get a downloadable copy of the full timetable for that service, but no, what you get is the one-off journey that you’ve just searched . Then you have to select any one of the (i) symbols associated with each of the steps of the journey and that will take you to a downloadable timetable. Och! I’ve wasted enough time doing what should have been accomplished during snagging. ### 1/5 — Nach Update unbrauchbar! *2025-05-16, version 1.27.0* Mir geht es ebenso. Ich stehe gerade vor einem Schottland-Urlaub, fand die Traveline-App ganz ordentlich, habe noch mal upgedatet … und nichts geht mehr!!! sehr, sehr ärgerlich, die asu he geht von vorne los. ### 1/5 — Broken since last update *2025-05-15, version 1.27.0* The app is broken since the last update. All buttons and fields are showing UX/UI development information and text. It’s impossible to use the buttons and if you are able to enter your search, you will only see the UI/UX overlays, not the information you need. Same actually on their website - the whole settings have crashed, and nobody seems to care or does answer emails. ### 1/5 — Fehler in Darstellung nach Update Version 2024 *2025-04-26, version 1.27.0* Hallo, die App verwende ich schon viele Jahre. Nun musste ich die neue Version (2024) installieren. Nach Installation wird in den Masken auch die technische Bezeichnung der Eingabefelder mit angezeigt, was die Masken völlig unübersichtlich macht. I often used to buy a mobile daysaver ticket for two people in advance and now I am back to buying paper tickets which can easily be lost! Back to the dark ages. Going back to Birmingham to have a better bus ticket app. Not impressed at all. Simple things like it retaining your most recent travel from and to locations no longer happens so you need to keep typing them in. I could save the Glasgow bus stops I frequently used and then easily find the time of the next bus. Alternatively I could use the map, tap on a bus stop and get the info. Now neither of these options are available, it wants me to open an account (to steal my data) and expects me to type into boxes to plan a route. To add insult to injury it prevents me with a map of Edinburgh New Town! I’ve stopped using it and had to resort to the First Bus app instead. Pathetic! ### 1/5 — Terrible Accessibility with Voiceover *2024-11-20, version 1.25.11* This is far less usable than the previous app. I have to try to skip the map on every screen change. There is far too much information on the summary page. The addition of links to select places just adds complexity. Its hard to understand how such a backwards step could have happened. I used the old version frequently but this new version is abominable! I have just got more and more frustrated. Having searched one journey I cannot start another- no matter what I do. I gave up and searched train and bus timetables separately. They’ve removed the car option so you’re forced to use only public transport options. ### 1/5 — This version is terrible. *2025-11-25, version 1.30.1* I agree with other reviewers. The previous version was far better. They have tried to make this too fancy and it’s not great at all. Just trying to enter an already saved address as your start point, takes multiple prods to enter, if you’re lucky. Same for destination. Quicker going onto each operator’s website to get correct times and routes. Update: The new app is fast. And so far it’s as good as the old app. There’s plenty more on there to discover so looking forward to that. Nothing negative to report apart from the ‘Time to arrive’ didn’t seem to work as expected but I have yet to repeat this to see if there’s an issue. Would appreciate the logo of the Service Provider appearing to the right of the Service Number But BEWARE: I’m on the Citylink bus and the Scotland Citylink services (e.g.M9) are showing up as the Megabus service & logo when you drill down. Scotland Citylink is responsible for Megabus branded services in Scotland. This is confusing as you try to find the bus. It should show Scottish Citylink. ### 4/5 — Saved stops missing *2024-09-21, version 1.25.7* Can save stops to favourites but can’t find favourite stops in the app after email everything sorted can now find saved stops ### 3/5 — Absolutely useless *2025-05-26, version 1.27.0* Used to be able plan journeys with the old app. Why did they change it? Difficult to use. Managed to navigate busy screens, but disappointed that ‘Arrive by’ appears not to work.
