However when you click on something to check it out and back out to look some more it takes you back to the beginning. Very frustrating. I tried to make a trip and all I see is a spinning busy icon. ### 2/5 — Frustrating App *2022-12-01, version 2.6.39* We love camping and this app for booking, modifying or canceling is frustrating! Easy example: had a booking but needed to confirm dates made weeks ago. Saw the reservation in the app. Select the reservation *thinking* I could view the dates, site details. But NO! Had to go search in emails. So not using the app. Then I needed to cancel but apparently, this only works if I turn my iPhone sideways to things like I was on a computer! This is simply not a real app for booking campsites. Perhaps it’s great for other things but not not for searching for sites to camp at, viewing a reservation or managing it later. ### 3/5 — App is confusing *2022-09-16, version 2.6.39* Maybe I am just getting old, but I can’t figure out how to navigate this thing. It seems like a great resource, but it keeps telling me to add things, like interests and destinations, but I can see no buttons or text fields or anything to add them. Either I am really dumb, (entirely possible) or it’s not loading right or it’s just not user-friendly. Things used to be so much easier before garbage apps came along. Just call with your card and done. Now you have to create an account for everything. Bogus, and it still doesn’t work. When searching all it brings up are events - no attractions, lodging or dining. I tried using the widget on the travelok website, which was somewhat better but has plenty of its own problems, but the trip planned wouldn’t cross over to the app when I logged in with the same user name and password. Again, I really want this app to work and I hope it can be improved. I want my tax dollars to do good things. So far the only thing I would like added to the app would be recommended destinations on the route to the main event. For example, if I want to map out how to get from backwoods Stilwell to the Oklahoma Science Museum in OKC, I’d like the app to recommend stops along the route so we could enjoy our beautiful state even more.
