### 1/5 — 往復予約でも片道だけ発券されると自己都合キャンセル扱いになる可能性があります。

往復航空券をTravelokaで予約しました。

しかしTraveloka側のシステム不具合により、往路が発券できず、旅行自体が成立しませんでした。

当初は「往路は全額返金します」と案内されましたが、その後「復路だけ利用してください」と案内されました。

往路が存在しないため旅行は成立せず、往復キャンセルを依頼しました。

その結果、復路については「自己都合キャンセル」と扱われ、80%のみ返金となりました。

Travelokaからは「システム障害が原因」と説明を受けていますが、それでも利用者側がキャンセル料を負担する結果となりました。

最も残念だったのは、予約時に「往復予約でも片道だけ発券された場合は、発券済み区間にキャンセル料が発生する可能性がある」という重要な説明が、利用者に伝わる形では、一切なかったことです。

今回は何度も問い合わせを行い、担当者も丁寧ではありました。しかし最終的な回答は「航空会社のシステム上の仕様」の繰り返しで、利用者がシステム不具合のリスクを負担する結果になりました。

今後利用される方は、このようなケースがあることを理解した上で予約されることをおすすめします。

There’s no other option besides Traveloka PayLater, and they charge you HUGE amounts of money without notifying you. Worst, worst, WORSTTT. Total scammers!!!! Shame on everyone who enables this!!!!

이 앱 덕에 항공권 결제하고 이름도 이상하게 예약되서 골머리를 앓고 있습니다. 어플 자체가 오류투성이인듯 상담사연결 당근 안되고 이메일로 과실 얘기하니 절대 인정안하고 소비자 과실로 떠넘기고 알아서 환불하라네요. 가격에 혹해서 혹시나 이용하실분 절대로 쓰지마세요. 돈 날리고 시간 날리고 정신적 피해에 정말 후회막심 합니다.

Chất lượng dịch vụ cực kỳ kém chất lượng. Nhân viên trả lời một cách máy móc không có dùng đến tuy duy thông thường để phản hồi cho khách hàng. Thời gian hỗ trợ khách thì lâu nhưng lại muốn khách hàng phải chấp nhận phương án đề xuất của Traveloka quá gấp gáp. 
Mình không cảm thấy được hỗ trợ như 1 khách hàng, mọi thiệt hại từ kinh tế, tâm lý đều đùn đẩy cho khách hàng.
5 năm trở lại đây Traveloka dịch vụ rất tệ.

If you’re booking a flight with them and have to change it they will do their best to screw you over. You’ll have to wait days until the ticket is issued (they will refuse to cancel it or help you change it until then) and then when it’s finally issued you can’t just change the flight instantly on the app like a normal service. They have to submit a change with the airlines. More waiting. Then change fee was half the cost of the flight and literally 50 times more than I paid for changing a flight in the US. DO NOT USE TRAVELOKA! It’s a scam app. Look at their prices then book directly with the airlines.

운전기사 연락처을 3시간 전에 알려준다고 하고 연락이 없고.   공항 픽업 장소에 기다리지도 않아서.   여기저기 연락 해서 픽업시간 30분 후에 ,,, 9번 기둥 이 아니고 엉뚱한 곳에서 찾아서 겨우 도착했네요.  
다음 부터는 트레블로카 이용을 않하려고 합니다.   
트레블로카에 연락해서 이런 이야기 하니.   ㅡㅡ 소비자 잘못으로 몰고 가네요.    ㅡㅡㅡ 황당 합니다.

앱이 아닌 웹사이트로 구매했고, 비행기 시간이 앞당겨졌는데 이메일로 별도 통지가 없어서 홍콩 공항까지 갔는데 비행기표 모두 날렸습니다. 휴가 계획도 모두 망가졌고요. 커스터머 서비스도 답이 느려서 소통하는데만 2주가까이 걸렸습니다. 차라리 믿을만한 트립닷컴쓰세요.

티웨이 항공규정 환불가능한 항공권임에도 거짓으로 안내하고 환불이 안된다 여러번 속였습니다.
증거자료 확인해도 알았다하고 처리도 안하고 환불이 안되어 물었더니 환불도 안넣어놨고 2명환불인데 자료는 다받고 1명만 환불시키고 1명은 또 환불안된다 말바꾸네요 기가찹니다. 이딴 사기같은 회사가 다있나요

They reschedule your flight to before your connection, so you can’t make the connection. Then they give you free reschedule with zero options or deny every reschedule. Terrible shady company.

旅行でホテルを取るためにインストール。
高層階と書かれていたから予約したのに、決済完了したあと予約を見直すとスタンダードとか色々書かれてなかったことが記載されていた。
質問したところ、システム上スタンダードと記載、ホテルに確認するとのこと。
そこから何度も質問しているのに最終的な結果は宿泊前日に来た。
要約すると、今回高層階は無理、予約した部屋が絶対と。
予約した部屋って言っても部屋番とかもなく高層階と書かれたのを予約しているから確定かと思うでしょ…。
しかも高層階がいいなら予約取り直せと。
まだ1週間前とかならわかるけど前日の夕方。
流石に遅いしありえない。
正直これは詐欺でしかないと思う。
せっかくの旅行が台無し。
みんなはちゃんとしたところで予約した方がいい。
