The app looks good and does what it should, could use many improvements as many services are done through email yet the actual service they provide is just an expensive proxy. You are better off booking through the airline directly, you will save money and have more flexibility. **Developer response:** We're sorry you feel this way. When I requested for a date change, I was ask to pay NGN91922 to change my date, I thought it was a joke at first, but they were serious, I told them that I paid for free one day change already, but they ignored it. They are Scammers!!! Just be careful buying tickets from them. Buy only the ticket and don’t Tick for other services like, FLEXIBLE TRAVEL DATE or Any other. Did I mention their flight prices sometimes are cheaper than when you go to book directly from the airline? And oh, with the Nigerian bank int’l transactions limit, u need not worry even if u live abroad but still using ur Nigerian card. They charge in naira! Wanted to manage the flight. Your app asked to add my flight to my calendar and I approved. Only to find out if added a rough Chinese language to my calendar app. I panicked as I am not sure if I have been hacked. How can a supposedly legit app do this. I will get the language off once I find how to and never install your app or book with you again. ### 1/5 — Worst travel agents ever! *2021-03-27* Booked flights and chose insurance option in case of Covid restrictions. Destination is now not allowing tourists travel. It is impossible to contact Travelstart via phone or email. Whatsapp number is an automated program. Looks like I will loose all my money! When I downloaded this app it has no where to add my flight details. I then went to the help section which promote me to send a query. Got asked for movie number to chat through what was needed. Still waiting on call 5 days later. My flight is 1day away and no closer to sorting this out. We are on holiday from UK and Booked internal flights via this app. Then late on Saturday night (24hrs before our flight) get an email saying our flights are cancelled. No reason. No contact. Thank you ### 1/5 — Poor application *2019-04-07* I experienced a technicality problem during completing a booking payment through the web site for more than six hours and spent more than 40 minutes over the phone with customer care reaching no results yet even after completing the payments, still waiting for more than 3 hours to receive the confirmation and the tickets from this poor application or even their web site.
