Bad: 1. The guide given to us for Bana Hills (Da Nang) was useless. He took for 1.5 hrs to pick up guests from hotels in the morning (because he could map the hotels to pick up and went around in circles). We started for Bana hills at 9.30 AM (which should have been 8AM). 2. Limousine to Sapa: We had shared our complete itinerary with the agency beforehand. Yet they could not plan with the SIC Car driver that the guests have luggage (including baby stroller). Worst - same issue twice (Onwards & return). The drivers were getting angry at us for the fault of the agency. Good: The guides for Halong Bay & Sapa were smart & knowledgeable. Important: We had booked our own hotels which were very good (one thing less for the travel agency "Trippro" to screw up). ### 2/5 — Drivers were not cooperative for women travellers *2024-06-22, version 3.0.7* Hello sky tours, thank u for the wonderful trip to pondicherry. But i had mixed experience. The driver we were alloted was Ravi murugan with honda car. He came the first day to airport as scheduled. But as mentioned in the terms he didn't stay with us till 8 pm. He kept giving excuses that his house is far. 2nd day he came to really late ,as per schedule he was supposed to come at 9 but he came at 11, and also he came with nissan sunny n tat too it was in a very very pooor condition. The tire got punctured twice. We lost most of our time there, and the person was getting annoyed if we ask him anything. The 3rd day the driver dint turn up, he sent someone else as driver n his name was suryanarayan. And he came with same car, which had same issues again. Moreover the new driver he dint even know the routes in Pondicherry and we lost most of our time searching for routes. And from the first day all the time he was there with us he ate in the hotel n we had to pay for it. It was way too expensive for us too. As we 3 girls travelling we really thought travel triangle was safe for us. But instead we really found difficult to manage those drivers. Kindly look into it. My contact point was Harvinder and he followed up very well till the time I did my first payment. The moment it was done he stopped responding. When I asked to send flight details which travel triangle booked he asked me to send request to Vietnam travel agent. Later I asked him to send one invoice copy all in vain. I think TT should be more reliable. However thanks to Vietnam agent Steve that my trip went well. ### 2/5 — Great Service, Terrible App *2022-05-13* I had great experience with Travel Triangle - got connected with couple of good agents. But app is terrible - bad navigation, cannot find my vouchers on the app and hard to switch back to see just the trip I have opted for - once I've paid an agent. In fraud se baccho ### 1/5 — *Not Recommended to anyone!!!* *2021-11-30, version 3.0.7* My aunt recommended this site to us for booking our trip. But the site has lots of bugs, it's not showing the hotels that we have booked and even I was not able to make payment through UIP. It's not giving proper information about the hotel vouchers status. Whenever I open the 'Upcoming Trip' it gives error. I tried contacting my travel advisor assigned by travel triangle but he never answered my call, I have called him around 3-4 times. I contacted the customer support today to check about the issue with the hotels that I'm facing on the site but the support person didn't respond properly to me I felt like being ignored and there's no one to help from Travel Triangle side. It's better we go with some well established trip advising sites where the customer gets proper response for their queries. As my travel agent that I have got through this site is good a person and have taken care of all things I needed so far , hoping that our trip will be hassle free and good memorable trip regardless of the issues that I'm facing from this site. Not going to book anymore trips from this site anymore. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Worst Service *2021-10-29, version 3.0.7* I (along with my family) went to a Sikkim trip from Mumbai and we booked cab for our tour from Travel Triangle. But it was very disappointing that no one cares for their customers at TT. On the very first day we had to wait for 2 hours at airport for our cab (which was booked from Indeman travels and they hired some other person for cab booking who failed). We don’t know who are the intermediaries and we are totally dependent on the agents (who should ideally look after ) and who spoiled our trip. Even after all this we got a driver who was drunk ( very much inappropriate). Luckily he is the one who said us and then again we had to change the driver on our way to aritar from bagdogra which wasted our whole day. Then again on the 4th day of our travel our driver got drunk in the middle of the travel and also drove rashly in the mountain areas in lachung which we identified as he behaved so badly with all of us. We requested for a change of driver but no one helped us and left us with that driver and because of which we had to skip all our view points of north Sikkim as we didn’t want to risk our lives in the hands of drunk driver. Who will compensate our north Sikkim tour? No one, right? Do not book your trips with these people who can’t manage the drivers ( the crucial part of trip). ### 1/5 — Worst experience with Travel triangle *2021-07-31, version 3.0.7* Whoever is reading or in the process of downloading this app, please don’t do it. These people only know how to mend money and the so called travel triangle advisors won’t even help you in case of the travel agent’s mistake unlike make my trip or others. People take time out from their busy schedules to enjoy holidays and these people don’t value the same. Zippgo travels listed in travel triangle is worst and no support received from Shubham singh who is the so called travel triangle advisor. All the CEOs i’d they come across this review, please do take a necessary action if you want to grow. We have raised our concern to customer care as well but we have not received any response yet except for the automated mail. Let me tell you me and my known people will never ever book through travel triangle! ### 4/5 — Meghalaya Trip Review *2021-05-01, version 3.0.7* I want to give 4 stars for Travel triangle support and 5 stars for the support and planning from Reify. Nikita Chauhan from Reify was our planner and she was crisp and helpful in all possible ways. She helped us plan beforehand on the covid protocols making it easy and hassle free. The stays assigned was perfect and arranged well. Nikita was in touch with the driver all time aiding and supporting our safety and travel plans. It was an amazing trip overall! Thanks a lot! Only issue we had was regarding our cancelled flights which was booked via travel triangle. The refund processing was too difficult and late from the travel triangle support, while the airline refunded on the same day, it took 20 days for us to adjust the refund which was troublesome. Thank you and looking forward for more travel plans with Reify. Regards, Abinaya Sundarrajan ### 1/5 — Not at all a good service from your travel agent/ travel partner *2021-02-09, version 3.0.7* I felt i m just paying the money to book hotels on my behalf, that even i my self or anybody can do. Why we pay money to the agents so they can give us a proper service and relaxation. It was not a relaxed trip, it was a tensed trip that what bad experience is going to happen next. I booked a Sikkim trip for 10 days as my Honeymoon & i am very particular about the stay it hotels. I booked the trip from trip2hills (Niraj Lama) with all the confirmation of hotels and rooms still i got a small compact room in hotel which i selected and i was off by that room cause i had not selected that particular room and after getting that room I called Niraj lama for like 20 times he didn’t answer my call and i had take a call to change the hotel so i spoke to hotel guy directly by my self and explained it to him that i m not happy with this can you pls change the room or can you pls transfer me to your other properties if you don’t have room in this. And by god grace just one room got canceled at that time and they gave me that room for one day and the next day they upgraded my room to suit but this was handled by me not by my agent, what is the point of giving them money if they are not providing service and still they are not picking up the call. Bad experience with travel triangle and their agents. Just be aware of this and never ever book your trips. And also never book from trip2hills (Niraj Lama) ### 1/5 — Disappointing Service *2020-07-27, version 3.0.7* There were many promised things which I did not get from the Mauritius Itinerary (Youngistan Travellers). I had booked for Seaview Calodyne Resort and Spa for 4 nights 5 days. But since it was overbooked, I had to stay at a residential apartment for 3 nights and only one night at Seaview Calodyne. This was totally against my will. The other guests were able to stay in the resort but maybe I booked from Travel Triangle(a lesser known agency), I was not given a preference. Due to all these, my honeymoon which I expected to be peaceful and relaxing did not go as expected due to continuous arguments and false promises from Seaside Holidays and Seaview Calodyne management. I missed out on many additional things like two free lunches and one candle light dinner. I had an extremely disappointing experience with while booking my Goa trip. From the start, their customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. Umra and her senior were of no help at all—they only supported the travel agencies they have tie-ups with instead of genuinely assisting customers. Lack of Support: Whenever I faced an issue, instead of resolving it, they kept making excuses and avoided taking responsibility. False Promises: They promised certain inclusions in the package, but upon arrival, the reality was completely different. The hotel and transport arrangements were far below expectations. Unresponsive Customer Service: If you try to reach out for help, be prepared for delayed responses or no response at all. They are only active when collecting payment! Money-Minded Approach: They don’t care about customer satisfaction—only about their tie-ups with vendors. Even if there is an issue, they will defend their partners instead of addressing your concerns. Stressful Experience: Instead of enjoying my trip, I was constantly frustrated and had to make alternative arrangements on my own. Overall, I strongly advise against booking with SPL Bindas Trip. If you want a stress-free vacation, look for a more reliable travel agency that actually values its customers. Don't fall for their false promises! ### 1/5 — Travel triangle is a fraud company *2025-01-23, version 3.0.7* I am appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Travel Triangle. I reported an issue with an travel agency and was promised an update within 2–3 working days and I have received no response despite repeatedly following up. This is not just poor customer service—it is outright negligence. Travel Triangle’s team has shown zero concern for resolving my issue, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected as a customer. For a company that markets itself as a trusted travel partner, their actions (or lack thereof) prove otherwise. If you’re thinking of booking through Travel Triangle, I urge you to reconsider. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable, and you risk being stranded without support if anything goes wrong during your trip. Until Travel Triangle learns to prioritize customer grievances and actually deliver on their promises, I cannot and will not recommend their services to anyone. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent Practice and Worst Customer service *2024-11-07, version 3.0.7* I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this travel company. Despite notifying them in advance about a medical emergency, I received no support whatsoever. My attempts to reach them via email, phone, messages, and WhatsApp were completely ignored. It was evident that even the founder showed little concern for customer care. While I managed to get refunds from the hotel, their affiliated agents withheld the money, and Travel Triangle showed no interest in addressing the issue. I strongly advise anyone considering booking through them to reconsider and avoid this company to save both time and money. ### 1/5 — Scam company *2024-09-24, version 3.0.7* They will just rip off your money. Not direct agency and the agencies they refer to are even more dangerous. First they will call you 10-10 times a day. Once you book the package no calls and won’t answer much again later. Moreover they will say the rooms we selected have already been booked now we need to change that. They will say that we will give you better instead they will be worst rooms. Their attitude is rocket high as they know our hard earned money is stuck. My recommendation not to use and stuck your money ### 1/5 — Stranded due to booking with travel triangle/ Hashtag journey *2024-08-15, version 3.0.7* I booked a package to Europe via hashtag journey on travel triangle inspite of bad reviews i trusted the travel agent. However to realise their support is only till the time the package is booked and you pay the full amount. I am now stranded as my hotel has been booked outside city / 54 kms away from centre. There is no pickup/ drop any where. The agent support is not available its up me to deal with local European tour operator. Please don’t book through Travel triangle/ hashtag journey especially for Europe tours even if the package appears cheaper as you will be asked to pay for additional charges later and even after that find yourself stranded, and pay 100s of euros extra for commute / miss on city tour etc. It thing in poor taste. ### 1/5 — Trip to Amritsar, Katra, Manali & Shimla *2024-05-17, version 3.0.7* This was the worst trip we had in life through the travel agency of Tripsailor. They will prioritise only fresh bookings and will not bother about the customers once the booking/payment was made. They are charging high and providing the worst services. They had tie ups with worst hotels & cab vendors. They mention the hotels as 3 star but they are below par than OYO rooms. The people who involved during our trip are worst I explain the role of three groups/people who involved in our trip: 1. Travel Triangle Role: I mailed to Travel Triangle Shruti Dhakad - She didn’t even respond and their Call centre is always busy and no one responded even on their timings of around 9AM - 7PM. 2. Trip Sailercom Role: Tanu promised everything before booking, failed to deliver to deliver during our trip. But she responded over phone/whatsapp. Sorabh Aggarwal - Had a call once during our trip and he is very arrogant and spoke rudely that they will not help once the booking is done. Then he never picked my call. Worst fellow. 3. Cab Coordinator Role: Sushil Kumar is a guy with intent of maximum profit making. Providing old vehicles with malfunction of A/c or seats for online bookings and make all temporary arrangements. ### 1/5 — Poor aap and worst service *2024-01-05, version 3.0.7* During your booking or post booking no one will help you for anything and You cannot view items properly, no proper navigation in app only you can open quotes if you want any help or changes you will have to mail indirectly and no will respond to your query. App doesn’t respond properly repeatedly you will view the same page, you cannot provide any feedback as well. Even after payment you will see your pending amount here in app. No tracking of this app, just they have deployed it and no one is there to monitor activity. Logs out literally every few seconds and makes you log in multiple times ### 1/5 — Very Bad Experience *2022-04-27, version 3.0.7* I booked a trip for Ladakh in Travel Triangle(TT), through Felix Feria Agency, Delhi. My tour manager ie., Mr. Hassan Khan, of TT, insisted me that Felix Feria was the best , but it’s the worst ever experience happened to me . Previously I have booked through the Same TT for Andamans , which was a pleasant experience, but Ladakh was the worst night mare for us. No proper communication from the agency , Sapna Agarwal from Felix Feria was least bothered ,through out the trip, they made us pay the complete land package even before reaching the destination, but provided nothing which was included in our package , not even proper dinner as mentioned. Hotels were told 3 star but it was not even an one star hotel which lacked basic amenities like even the hot water for bathing. Jus imagine in the temperatures of Leh of 3 degrees no hot water . Total waste of money. Now if I write a negative review , Felix Feria agents are saying it was all booked through Travel Triangle, so I’m writing this review for TT also, better don’t include such agencies under you or else you will also start getting negative feedbacks. Please don’t book using TT Application neither through Felix Feria for any trips . Better contact local agencies in the respective areas of interest . If not it’s utter waste of money . All 3 assigned agents were super supportive and helpful, explained each and everything in detail. From Travel Triangle side everything was smooth end to end. On first call itself they understood my requirement and pass on to 3 different agents. Then i finalised one agent out 3 agents. Driver was licensed TOUR guide he explained about all the places and shared us many things about places In the end he clicked our good pictures too which made the trip even more enjoyable.
