Coverage in London was OK but in the countryside. In Croatia, I struggle to get good coverage same as in London. I wrote to Support and they asked me to verify settings which I did. I replied that coverage was poor and the reply was let us know if everything is OK. So I replied that it wasn’t OK. The next reply was let us know if everything is OK. Thus Support wasn’t very helpful. ### 2/5 — eSIM don’t work after new update *2025-07-22* I am in Europe and the eSIM doesn’t work idk why it doesn’t it was fine yesterday before the update in app and then now I have no reception from the ESIM and idk how to fix it ### 2/5 — Duration of rent *2025-02-13, version 3.6.10* Why am I unable to rent a hotspot for a day when using the app? Im able to rent for a day when I’m using the browser, but my payment unfortunately could not get through. ### 1/5 — Horrendous Experience. *2024-07-15, version 3.3.6* I’m here in europe for about a week now with no wifi that I paid for because day 1 I can’t get ahold of any support agents, Day 2 I get in contact with a support agent and he’s having difficulty activating the service so he says he’ll send me an email so I can take it up with someone else. Day 3 I get no email and I try calling them again and I can’t get through to any support agents again. Day 4 same thing. Day 5 same thing. complete waste of $100 for the most insignificant service I’ve ever received. Extreme waste of time and money. I typically shy away from reviewing but this service has just sent me through so many loop holes from waiting minimum 10 minutes every time to get told there’s no agents to agents telling me they’ll email me and never emailing me anything. Completely revolting device and even worse support team. ### 1/5 — Major scam. Go elsewhere. *2024-06-28, version 3.3.3* They have no problem charging my card for service. Don’t deliver a QR code to activate and then are trying to hound me for more credit card information. Feels scammy. Go someplace else. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-05-14* The app does not work. One action within the app will perform a different task each time. I cannot connect my device to the app, I cannot pay without trying 5-10 times, and I have no way of knowing when my data plan runs out… Well, I’m out of here… ### 5/5 — Version 3.0 *2024-04-12* Version 3.0 is a night and day difference ! The app itself is now clean ,has a better feel and extremely user friendly . Data consumption now shows as well as the remaining days ! I got this to stay out of the heat whenever I wanted to call my family and it only works outside.
