Trust me you don't want to run into issue. I am writing this to save all passenger from the worst service as well refund issue (they don't return even you are right as per policy)from travelyaari. I wish i can rate them zero star.

Please book with the operator itself this website and apps give you discount but once something goes wrong those 100 INR you are trying to save can end up losing 1000INR. Honest advice from trustworthy passenger.

When you try to book bus from this app on apple,  you will be thrown out as soon as you select the seat. It wont let you select seat and book the ticket

They're not even reverting for refund even if canceled booking instantly so I would not recommend this to anybody.

I booked a bus for 508 INR and the contact number given by the travelyaari was switched off the entire time. I waited for about an hour at the pickup point but the bus service gave me different different numbers of buses and no bus came to the pick up point. The conductor even got rude and abused me for calling him again and again.
I could not go to my hometown on Holi festival because of this stupid bus service app.

I just booked a bus and cancelled that booking instantly as i realized that i booked for wrong day. As per their guidelines, 100% refund should have initiated but they deducted 600rs for no reason. Very disappointed.

I was travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Called multiple times to know my Bus number and OTT number which will be displayed on bus dash board, the call center people ( ‭080-44820000‬) were not able to response to my request instead of calling them multiple times. 

I would like to discontinue the services from travelyaari in the future.
