Only gripe is that it’s to hard to find holidays leaving from Belfast or Dublin - choices available to us. Can this be improved before I retire and have the chance to work down my bucket list? Most trips which include a flight do not include baggage or transfers, which when added result in little orno saving. I had already done this and since then took an annual subscription. Nope the surcharges fees apply to Travelzoo passing credit card fees to their members. However when first purchase a voucher, it states boldly that surcharge fees are refundable up to a few days prior the trip if cancelled. When the voucher is purchased the date is changed to 2 weeks and not made bold. When cancel a voucher all of a sudden the surcharge fees are no longer refundable. Thus Travelzoo does bait and switch of so called refundable fees that members are thinking are applied to the hotel booking surcharges but way it’s worded purposely misleading to cause confusion and for Travelzoo to obtain $25 of members monies. We had amazing views of the river and lake! We also received free beverages and $15 off daily on the hotel restaurant. The staff were accommodating and friendly!
