And using this APP will give you the information, the map, the driving directions and more. I own Vacation Rentals here in TC and I love this APP when giving directions, recommending restaurants, suggesting activities, wineries etc.. I show guests how to find the place they are looking for, how to get the place on the map, how to get the driving directions from where they are to where they want to go and then store the location in their "favorites" - so later, when the time is right, they can remember the exact information. I love that this APP lists places in the catagory starting from the closest thing to you at the time, so you don't waste precious vacation time driving around and/or lost. Quickly downloaded. Completely doesn't work, no winery's listed on a map, no name of winery's listed. Only thing listed.. Winery tours! Just an app for advertising! Deleted and now looking for another way to get the info this weekend. ### 2/5 — Missing Menu Icons *2012-08-25, version 1.6* Love, TC! ❤ Super great idea but not useful in present format. Problem is the icon disappear from main screen, so it is quite literally "hit or miss" as you must click around on the blank screen until you find the content you are looking for 😏(food, drink, activities, etc.). BUT: search is not a keyword search, but rather a first word sort (e.g. Search for "brewery" and no results, even though there are several in town). After a couple uses, the home screen graphic looks zoomed in and makes navigation of the icons just a guess. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2013-07-04, version 1.9* This app is lacking compared to apps like Around Me. ### 3/5 — Selective coverage and inaccurate *2011-06-02, version 1.3* I was excited to read that this app was available. Now that I've used it, I have already removed it. Some of the locations that visitors would find interesting aren't here (the app includes Five Corners Store in Beulah and omits Gwen Frostic in nearby Benzonia). Some of the information is wrong; right under the link for "Point Betsie Lighthouse" it says "visit the oldest lighthouse in Michigan." But you'd have to drive across the state to Port Huron to do that. You'll find better coverage going to the websites of local visitor bureaus. ### 4/5 — Traverse Traveler App *2019-07-04, version 1.14* Great app! So much helpful information!
