Month in and month out I am constantly reverting things back to the original name (payroll company name for example) because the AI constantly changes it to the wrong thing. I absolutely hate it, it’s inefficient, and annoying. If you’re going to push the feature out, at least give the option to turn it off so I don’t have to keep doing this. Or fix it so I only have to update it one time. ### 1/5 — This has got to be the worst app for a credit union ever *2026-03-05, version 21.2.0* The app/company is poorly designed with uneasy access to information and its extremely difficult to contact customer service. Multiple times it has happened where a payment was made and a confirmation number was received only to find out that it did not actually go through and I was never notified. Resulting in it appearing as a late payment. Thankfully I had screenshots of all of my confirmations. But that has happened too many times for a credit union to constantly have poor service like that. ### 1/5 — Password rest *2023-12-20, version 21.1.2* I can’t even rest my password on the app or even the website ### 1/5 — Charges to post credit card payments *2023-12-01, version 21.1.2* I have credit cards with Discover, USAA, Chase, Umpqua, and TCU. Travis credit union is the only bank that charges me a fee ($10) to make a payment on my credit card every month from my external primary bank with Umpqua. Every other credit card company let’s me post payment from my Umpqua account without fees or issue. The only reason I haven’t closed my TCU is because it’s my oldest card. TCU was also the slowest bank to respond to requests for info when I was waiting on approval for a loan about a year back. I’ve been with TCU since I was a kid and have had increasing fees paired with declining service over the years. ### 1/5 — Used to be great. *2023-09-21, version 21.1.2* This app used to be great and I never had a problem with them before now, this new update made the mobile deposit much worse to the point it’s unusable, first it automatically try’s to take the picture for you and doesn’t read the check correctly, after I took it manually a second time it still said it couldn’t read it and asked me to do it again. The third time it finally worked, that is until I woke up the next morning and saw that they reversed my check because the image was unclear but I looked at the images on the app and could read them fine. Unfortunately most of my check went into bills so now on top of my check being reversed I’m now in the negative and they charged me a reversal fee for their faulty app. Hope to get this taken care of in person today and if they can’t help I will definitely be closing my accounts. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-09-14, version 21.1.2* Don’t like the update. The old one was totally fine. ### 1/5 — Why?? *2023-09-12, version 21.1.2* Why would you release an “update” that disables a working app, and replaces it with an app that isn’t even working yet? This is reminiscent of the last time there was a major overhaul, when the new version took approximately 157X longer to load anything than the previous. Maybe next time, can you please make sure whatever you’re releasing is actually up and running first? ### 1/5 — Trash bank *2023-06-24, version 20.2.3* Thought it would be nice to work with a local bank. The app is light years ahead of what it was and still trash compared to other banking apps from a decade ago. Seem unwilling to work with customers when there is an issue. I regret opening an account with them. Once the card is paid off I’ll be happy to close my account and be rid of them. ### 1/5 — Total Crud *2023-01-18, version 20.2.3* There are two components to activate the ap. The first is the ID and the second is the password. I store them in an ap, “KeePass Touch” which holds IDs and generates very secure passwords and stores them. You have to be able to put both of them into the Travis CU before it will work. Here is what REALLY happens: 1. Copy ID from KeePass. 2. Go to Travis CU and paste the is into the Travis ap. 3. Copy the password from the record in KeePass. 4. Go back to Travis CU, only to find that the ID is now blank. 5. CURSE! My bank apps, note BANK apps, don’t erase what I put in for the ID when I get the password so I can put see my status. The Travis ap is useless and uselessly stupid. I received a note in response to the above comment. It said: “Hi! We apologize for the issues you are having using the KeePass program with our application. Please set up our Touch/Face ID inside the application for easy login. Thank you for your membership.” There’s just a little weakness with the above suggestion: YOU HAVE TO BE LOGGED IN BEFORE YOU CAN GET THEM SET UP!!!! ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2022-12-07, version 20.2.3* It makes it so difficult just to pay your loan. And if you call to pay they charge you $10 more.
