Its been more than 6-7 hrs and still i dont have the confirmed ticket with me but i have a lot of excuses to listen to from them , customer care people keep telling you to wait the agents keep assigning new people to you but no resolution at all . Travel date is just 4 days later and they have your money with them but no tickets .
