I’ve had a really positive experience with Traya. I had tried so many different things for my hair fall before, but nothing seemed to work consistently. What I like about Traya is that the treatment feels personalized instead of being a one-size-fits-all solution. The app also makes the whole journey much easier to follow—from keeping track of the treatment to getting guidance whenever needed. The hair coaches have been especially helpful and supportive throughout. After struggling with hair fall for so long, it feels great to finally see a difference. Definitely recommend giving Traya a try!

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointed with Traya

My experience with Traya has been extremely disappointing. I started their treatment with the expectation that I would receive proper guidance and a genuine, patient-focused approach, but unfortunately, I did not feel that way.

I personally experienced [mention your actual side effects, e.g. increased hair fall, scalp irritation, dryness, itching, etc.] after using the products. What disappointed me even more was the way my concerns were handled. Instead of feeling that my health and treatment outcome were the priority, I felt that there was a greater emphasis on continuing the paid treatment and selling products.

For me, treatment should be about understanding the patient’s condition, monitoring progress, addressing side effects and modifying the treatment when necessary—not simply continuing a subscription or pushing more products.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Traya do proper research, consult an independent qualified dermatologist, and carefully evaluate the treatment before spending money.

Based on my personal experience, I am not satisfied with the treatment, the response to my concerns, or the overall value for money. I expected healthcare and proper treatment guidance; instead, I felt like a paying customer first and a patient second.

Very disappointing experience. I would not personally recommend it based on my experience.

My experience with Traya has been one of the worst I’ve had with any online health service.

I used Traya for 6–7 months and did not get the results I was expecting. What made the experience even worse was the repeated delivery failures. Every single prepaid order was cancelled on the first delivery attempt from their side. This wasn’t a one-time issue—it happened repeatedly.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but nothing was ever resolved. I also booked a consultation through the Traya app, but no one called me at the scheduled time. It feels like the company is quick to take your money but very slow to provide support when problems arise.

Another major disappointment was the money-back guarantee. Based on my experience, I did not receive the refund I expected, making the guarantee feel misleading.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Traya. If you’re considering spending your hard-earned money on this service, I strongly suggest researching other options first. I regret choosing Traya and hope the company starts taking customer concerns, deliveries, and after-sales support seriously.

This is my personal experience after ordering Traya treatment.

I recently ordered Traya and received six products. On the very first day of using them, after washing my hair with the shampoo, my hair became extremely dry, and I also experienced a burning sensation around my eyes.

When I asked my hair coach about it, I received a different response from what I had been told earlier. Initially, I was told that my hair would remain smooth and that I shouldn’t worry. I was also informed that if any product didn’t suit me, it could be changed. However, later I was told that opened products could not be returned or exchanged.

In my experience, I felt that app-based guidance may not always be able to fully understand or address a customer’s concerns in the same way as an in-person consultation. I personally feel that an in-person consultation allows a qualified dermatologist or hair specialist to examine the hair and scalp directly.

So, if you’re thinking about using Traya, my personal suggestion is to consider consulting a qualified dermatologist or hair specialist in person before choosing a hair treatment. This is simply what I would personally prefer based on my experience.

I’m not saying that Traya doesn’t work. It may work well for many people. However, based on my experience, I found their customer service disappointing, and I personally prefer an in-person consultation rather than relying only on an app for hair treatment.

This is only my personal experience and opinion, and others may have a different experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Traya.
I used their hair treatment for 5 months exactly as instructed, but I did not see any noticeable hair regrowth. On top of that, I experienced digestive issues, and my gut health worsened while taking their medications.
The biggest disappointment, however, is their Money Back Guarantee. I was informed by one of their doctors that I was eligible for the refund, but when I contacted the customer support team, they kept delaying the process instead of honoring the promise. Rather than processing my refund, they repeatedly asked me to continue the treatment for another 3 months, then even longer.
This makes the money-back policy feel misleading. If customers are promised a refund after meeting the stated conditions, the company should honor that commitment instead of making excuses.
My experience with customer support was frustrating. I felt like my concerns were ignored, and I was given repeated delays instead of a resolution.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Traya. If you're considering this treatment because of the money-back guarantee, be cautious and make sure you understand exactly how the refund process works before spending your money.

A few days ago, I posted a negative review after experiencing significant side effects from using the trial product. However, shortly after that, the team reached out to me and took the matter seriously. They listened to my concerns, provided guidance and a solution which I am currently following, and assured me that such issues will not be repeated in the future.

They have also assured me that my refund will be processed to my original payment method and that I will receive a free kit with my next order.

I truly appreciate their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I am updating my previous review and look forward to using their product again.

regarding my recent order placed on 23rd March, which has still not been delivered as of today, 1st April — a delay of over 9 days.
When I contacted your customer support helpline to follow up on the delay, the experience was deeply disappointing:
• The representative was unable to provide any specific information about my order or the reason for the delay.
• Her only response was that she would “raise a ticket” — with no timeline, resolution, or accountability offered.
• When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was flatly told that this was not possible.
• She continued to repeat that my order is “out for delivery” — information I have been aware of for the past 3 days, which does not constitute a resolution.
This level of support is completely unacceptable. If your customer service team cannot answer basic queries, escalate calls, or resolve issues, it raises serious questions about the purpose of having a helpline at all.

I placed an order on 6th March. The delivery agent called when I was traveling in the morning and refused to wait even after I informed him I would reach in 1 hour. He said the order would be delivered the next day.  

It has now been over a week and I have neither received the order nor any proper update. I raised a support ticket 3 days ago but the issue is still unresolved.  

The customer support team specifically the executive name Ashmeet kaur is asking me to take help from the delivery partner and mentioned that i should get it resolved and they are not responsible for it . As the order was placed through your website, the delivery responsibility lies with Traya, not the customer. Asking me to contact the delivery vendor is not acceptable.

### 1/5 — Waste of Money – Increased Grey Hair, No Hair Growth, False Promises & Zero Improvement

This is honestly the worst product/service I’ve ever used for hair fall and dandruff. Even after using it for more than a year, there was no improvement at all—my hair fall didn’t reduce, my dandruff stayed the same, and there was zero new hair growth.

The most disappointing part is that during the time I was on this service, my grey hair increased drastically, which made everything even worse.

Instead of giving proper solutions, they just kept making excuses. When I asked about dandruff, they said it can’t be permanently prevented and that I would need to keep using their products (like the night lotion) continuously—basically forcing customers into never-ending purchases.

Their support team is also extremely unprofessional. I didn’t get clear answers to my questions, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I would strongly recommend not wasting money on this. It’s much better to consult a good local dermatologist—after I did that, I started seeing real results.
