## What is Trayn?

Trayn helps you maximize athletic performance with individualized plans from your coach. View live updates to your training plans & track your results. Stay in close contact with your coaching staff through in-app messaging.

Please note - Trayn is NOT a stand alone app.  It is part of a cloud-based platform where your coach prepares your training plans, then you access your plans from this mobile app.
